Wasn't sure what I was going to do, but luckily I had some amazing help from an employee at AutoZone by the name of Amanda Fitz. With a smiling grace, Not only did she assure me she could help me out, she even found a battery within my budget. My day may have been looking gloomy, but she helped put a lot of sunshine through those clouds. Thanks Amanda!

I bought lug-nuts at a store in Wilmington and tried to return them here on my way home to Swansboro (they didn’t fit). The alarm went off when I walked in and some lady that worked there said “oh are you trying to return something you stole” in front of all the customers . I’m not a Karen and definitely not a thief. I think better training could be used. Luckily a guy was able to return them for me and verify.
