  Actually thought it was my wife checking me out because I got the silent treatment. It really looks bad on management that these people are not trained in simple customer communication.

  The staff are phenomenal! During an oil change, the clip on one of the front wipers snapped. While looking at wipers, a gentleman approached and helped me select the best fit and financially responsible option. After completing the purchase, he even installed the new wipers for me and made sure everything was functional! The community at this location really made the difference and helped me complete necessary car repairs without making multiple trips trying to find and install the correct part.   stopped in at surf city autozone to get my battery tested today. battery ended up testing bad but my tech david and the manager kristen were so nice and helpful. they made sure that i left a happy customer. autozone has my business always!!
