  This place is awesome always good service always fast service all I do is pull in sit in my car while they change my oil and they are always friendly

  I’ve been going here for years, first time having an experience with a staff name Jesse. He’s very rude and comes off angry. Got an oil change a week ago, message keep popping up to get an oil change. He came to my window literally yelling and saying my oil is at minimum, I told him to please bring it down , he told me that’s just how he is and I said you not gonna do that with me period! My husband is on the way home from working and will see him ! Jesse is Extremely rude to the point I told him I will wait on the supervisor to get back in.

  I will not be returning to this location. I had an oil change but none of the maintenance checks were completed. THEY DID NOT EVEN RESET MY OIL SERVICE INDICATOR LIGHT. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT THIS LOCATION! How can you complete a car inspection and oil change in less than 15 minutes. Not to mention they told me that both of my windshield wipers strips were broken and had to be replaced. Now, I can’t deny this but I find it odd that when I cleaned my windshield twice before getting to the facility and neither one showed signs of being stripped. I feel like this was done once I was inside the building in order to charge me additional costs and labor charges. I really feel like the guy that showed them to me was shady and felt like I couldn't trust him but I had no way of physically proving he did it on purpose. In fact, as quickly as the oil change "was completed" and none of the checks were done I'm not sure that an oil change was actually completed. Highly upset that as a long time customer I feel I was taken advantage of and will not be back. The $16 credit I received back really isn't enough in my opinion of what I feel like I should have been offered. I mean, how about at least offering me to carry to another facility to get the oil service indicator light reset, if in fact an oil change was completed.

  I went in for a simple oil change. They said that my oil was leaking most likely due to my drain plug being too small, but they told me to go get it professionally diagnosed. I go to Firestone and Firestone tells me that I got scammed. First they tell me that Valvoline probably screwed up my drain plug because the drain plug wouldn’t even go in if it was too small. Next they told me that Valvoline most likely drained my oil and then proceeded to reuse that oil when they refilled the car. Firestone showed me what my oil looked like and it was straight black (as seen in the photo). They charged me $50+ just to give me my own oil back. Never go here. They’re just there to scam you.
