  if i could leave 0 stars i would. my father bought me a YEAR membership this christmas so it started in december 2025 and should end december 2026. the first time i used the barcode that was sent to me to redeem my membership, everything was fine, i then went back a couple times and they said that the QR code was invalid and that when i redeemed it the first time that i should have gotten something to stick on my windshield and they never gave me anything. i went to speak to the manager and he said it was no longer valid and basically there was nothing he could do besides contact customer service on his side. i had proof it was a annual membership and that it was paid for in december 2025 but yet there was nothing he could do. the manager also said that paying for memberships on the app or online always has issues so why even put it up there? i don’t understand why this is a problem when they should’ve given me something so i wouldn’t be having to do all of this. very dissatisfied.

  Beware of the new manager that in there as of March 2026. He’s awful. Take 5 was recently purchased by Whistle Express Car Wash and they put this awful new manager in charge. I’ve had a monthly membership there for ages with no issues now they’re changing things- which is completely understandable and I wasn’t mad and complied with what they were changing but then he claimed my account was flagged for fraudulent usage of my monthly membership, which is impossible as I’ve never used my membership for anything other than my car, so I asked to go inside to see what was going on and clear it up. Instead of trying to help or get to the bottom of it the new manager yelled at me, insinuated that I was a liar over and over, and then told me he was done even trying to help. Later, come to find out, my card info was linked to multiple other accounts of people I didn’t even know and it was causing issues. So they’ve got a glitchy system that isn’t storing our information safely and they have a rude, incompetent, little jerk of a manager in there yelling at people and refusing to help. Steer clear of this place….
