- MMMichelle MLApr 18, 20261.0E bajado más de 5 veces con mi reservación ya lista y cuando voy a buscar el vehículo nunca tienen carros disponible, llamo antes de bajar y tampoco contestan las llamadas, cuando llego a la sucursal e tenido q esperar más de 30 minutos, me atiende una mujer súper arrogante sin ganas de trabajar ni de ayudar al cliente… Debería de quedarte en tu casa si no te gusta trabajar 🙄

I go the next morning to get car to be rudely told the car has been given away bc I did not show up-- like I had any choice. Ended up ubering around for my interview over the next two days. Makes me not want to move here!!!

I gave them the 3 stars because they were the only Enterprise in Greenville who had a 3rd row SUV available at the time I needed one which saved the day!! I would use them again but just be ready to pay higher deposit if your considering renting a vehicle from them.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was working the evening of 1/17/2026. I had never rented before and was nervous/ had a lot of (probably silly) questions. She answered them all without getting annoyed. She obviously didn’t know this but I was having a really rough day and her kindness truly made a difference. The car was nice, clean, and I felt really comfortable/ confident driving it. Overall, a really great experience.
