- KLKeke LeeApr 13, 20262.0Called customer service prior to the day of the rental and they said you could park your personal vehicle in the lot over night, however when you get there they tell you that you can’t but this is not an airport location so I don’t understand why we can’t park overnight if there are little to no vehicles at all in the parking lot

Every time I called, everyone was extremely helpful, and everyone has helped me when I was having problems with my insurance adjuster in the set up and drop off process. As someone who has been extremely stressed out since my accident, I’m forever grateful for all of the staff who has been nothing but helpful. On days I felt like crying, the staff extended helping hands and ensured my experience was smooth. Although I hope to not be in another accident, I would 100% choose to return as a customer if needed. If anybody asks where to rent a car, I’d recommend Enterprise over any other competitor.

It’s currently 85 degrees outside and I have NO AC. I’m in a wedding and my make up had to be RE DONE because of how hot this car is & how much I’m sweating. A discount should be given to me. I literally had to take my shirt off just so I wouldn’t have a heatstroke while driving because even with the “Ac” on or off it is still blowing out HOT AIR. Thank God I wore deodorant
