- TSTimothy StamatisNov 10, 20251.0The mechanics at this shop have no clue what to do. I’ve been coming to the same shop for over three years. The oil change was fine pretty routine, but I asked for a tire rotation, and they look like little minions bouncing into each other. Trying to figure out how to get the tires off my van the rotate they messed up one lug nut blaming. It was the lug nut cover, and still couldn’t get it off the van. They were using the wrong socket because the lug nuts kept getting stuck in the socket. so now I gotta go to a completely different shop just so I can get the lug nut off my van and corrected and pay that bill. They have the last two tires rotated for granted he didn’t charge me for the tire rotation, but I watched just go on for like 40 minutes biggest joke I’ve ever seen. Can’t you hire a mechanics? At least they have some kind of idea of what’s going on. The sad part is I’m a mechanic and I do my own work on my own car so I understand how this works.

He said, "Don't worry about it, we clean up after ourselves." I asked for a new sticker because it wasn't showing clearly when to come back. I am a woman and this small thing is huge to me. I only get my car service by valvoline and no where else. I didn't get a thank you for coming, no offers or discounts. 5 people standing around my car and said nothing nice. Upon leaving I had to wait on an employee talking to someone who delivered him food before I could leave the bay. Ridiculous. I am a Registered Nurse, customer service is everything. I take care of prisoners, and they have greater respect than your employees at this facility only!!!
