    I’ve lived in Greenville for almost 6 years and I almost exclusively come here for an oil change. I recently needed to replace the oil filter housing on my Jeep and these guys did a great job. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

    I came in for a state inspection on December 1st, the same day the new NC tint law took effect. Randy, the assistant manager, didn’t mention anything ahead of time, and after the inspection he told me the updated tint rules wouldn’t apply until after December 1st. Everything online from the state website and the bill itself shows the law is effective today, so the information didn’t line up. The manager, Charles, stepped in and handled the situation the right way. He pulled up a DMV reference showing the confusing wording in the bill, called the owner to confirm, and verified that the new tint law does take effect today. Once confirmed, he was able to pass the inspection correctly and remove the tint fee according to the new law. I appreciate Charles for taking the time to dig into it, verify the law, and make sure everything was done properly. His professionalism made the difference. Hence the five star review.
