  TLDR: Please stop committing petty crimes in the car that's still under my name, National PGV Airport! I'm an "executive elite" as I travel for work - I've rented over 60 times in the last 2 years. While almost every other National location and rental experience has been excellent, the National PGV Airport location is ridiculous. I dropped my car off 1 minute after the due date at 6:01 PM on 1/8/26, outside of their normal business hours. I dropped the key in the National drop box. Easy. It is now 96 hours later. I've called customer service daily, only to be told that the site will call me back if there's an issue or will promptly check the car in. Nothing. It's the wild west, National PGV Airport are accountable to no one. I'm sure an employee is out joyriding the car whilst it's still under my name, committing petty crimes and such... then boom, they will charge me for all the extra days, and I'll have to spend months getting a refund. Can you tell that this has happened to me before? Except I thought it was only an Avis problem.. Welp. Here we are. Please stop committing petty crimes in the car that's still under my name, National PGV Airport!

  I would give a 0 star if possible, I booked a reservation at 3pm Thursday for the next day and the lady told me that that I could get there before 6am I could get the car reserved. I told the lady I'm 1hr and half away was she sure she said yes, so I got my kids off the bus and took the trip there. I get there and the lady said they she don't remember talking to me and that she doesn't have a car at all I was so furious

  I rent extensively across the country, and National Car Rental consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The PGV airport location is no exception—booking is always quick and effortless, with excellent vehicle availability. The staff here are friendly, professional, and make the entire process seamless. Their Emerald Club service saves me time on every trip. Highly recommend this location and National overall for their reliability and convenience!
