  The service was very very slow, someone broke my Cross that was hanging on the mirror inside and went into arm rest and took everything out and threw it on the seat. Assistant Manager ( Dave) claims his technician's wouldn't do that.. Yeah Right they are the only one who had my fob to get into my truck, no windows broken or anything so someone that got upset with me because for 4 months i was calling about my truck from Nov 9 2025 ( Sensor Work) Paid over $800 and went to drive and had to return within seconds because of jerking going down the street and at stop light and then completely shut off Engine light was still on and the Manager that was there said my truck had to stay and get another diagnostic done, so i came back the next day and the Manager up and quit from what i was told. But before he quit him and the assistant manager got into an argument... Feb 4, 2026 is when i finally got my truck back. I called about the care of my truck, and one day a came with a friend and my tire on the driver's side was off ( WHY) because all that needed to be done was CVT Timming ( Engine) they got from my Warranty Company on Dec 8 2025... Today Feb 5 i had to return because they didn't put my top back on my over flow ( They replaced it) and I noticed my truck making alot of noise coming from my tires. But I refuse to go back there because they would mess up something else. I dont trust them anymore. All this DRAMA behind a Sensor Problem. GOD will take CARE of the PERSON that RIPPED down my CROSS and DISRESPECT ME. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Plus hire more then one Technician and how ya'll open 7 days a week and only have 1 tech that works 7-3 and dont work weekends... Get it together if you want your BUSINESS to PROSPER. MAKING REVIEWS IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING IN THAT PLACE... TO THE OWNER I FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I'M CALLING BBB, AND POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA... HOW I WAS TREATED IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL

  I don’t know his name, but the gentleman that runs the front desk. It’s always polite and provides excellent service. Always grateful to Mr Tire for helping me out when I need it.
