    I was in Greenville North Carolina, looking for a vehicle to the Outer Banks. These people helped me out tremendously both at the airport in Greenville and on the Outer Banks great customer service thank you.

    I took away 2 stars because they charge $400 deposit instead of a $300 deposit like all the other Enterprise. I gave them the 3 stars because they were the only Enterprise in Greenville who had a 3rd row SUV available at the time I needed one which saved the day!! I would use them again but just be ready to pay higher deposit if your considering renting a vehicle from them.

    The associate that helped me with my rental was such a rockstar. I would rent through Enterprise again just because of how pleasant and helpful she was. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was working the evening of 1/17/2026. I had never rented before and was nervous/ had a lot of (probably silly) questions. She answered them all without getting annoyed. She obviously didn’t know this but I was having a really rough day and her kindness truly made a difference. The car was nice, clean, and I felt really comfortable/ confident driving it. Overall, a really great experience.

    On 1/12/2026, I rented a car from the Greenville location and returned it to Kannapolis location. The man who rented me the car did a walk around with me and told me that "ALL PRIOR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN NOTATED". Also, he said "WE ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THE BIG STUFF, NOT THE SMALL STUFF". The only thing noticeable was a big indented scratch. Therefore, I took a photo of this scratch. Him and I did not notice any dent and it did not matter because ALL PRIOR DAMAGE HAS BEEN NOTATED!!!!!!!!!!!! Once I returned the rental to Kannapolis, the woman with the long blonde hair immediately comes out and points out a dent. I have never been treated this way by any rental car company or any business in my entire life. It seems as though this was planned!!!!!!!! I explained to her that I travel on business. We simply pick up the car and drop it off, to get to our next pick up for our transportation logistics delivery job. We deliver vehicles all over the country and we use rental cars, buses, trains, etc. to get from one to the next. I TOLD HER THAT DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE AND I DID NOT DO ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AT ALL. NEXT THING I KNOW, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL DAMAGE CLAIM FOR $1400 !!!!! FOR DAMAGE I DID NOT DO !!!! I HAVE NOT DAMAGED A VEHICLE MY ENTIRE LIFE. I AM NEVER USING ENTERPRISE AGAIN. I AM NOT DOING THIS JOB ANY MORE. MY COWORKERS ARE QUITTING. MY MANAGER IS TERMINATING THE CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE!!! IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED, I AM GETTING A LAWYER AND I WILL ALSO TAKE THE LAW IN MY OWN HANDS IF I HAVE TO AND REPORT THIS TO ALL HIGHER AUTHORITIES AND WEBSITES AND DIVISIONS OF THE STATE AS WELL AS THE NEWS. I HAVE HAD IT!!! IF YOU WANT TO DO SHADY BUSINESS AND NOT HAVE DAMAGE NOTATED FOR A VEHICLE OR PHOTOS OF A VEHICLE BEFORE A CUSTOMER RENTS IT, AND THEN PROCEED TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID NOT DO, THEN I HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE SCREWING OVER THE WRONG PERSON AS WELL AS AN INNOCENT PERSON. WE GO THROUGH ENOUGH OUT HERE ON THE ROAD AND WITH GREYHOUND BUSES AND HOTELS AND NOW ENTERPRISE????????? I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS AND I AM DONE !!!!! YOU HAVE DAMAGED MY CAREER AND MY DREAM AND EVERYTHING AND I AM DONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!
