    I accidentally put the incorrect return pick up location on my contract (Greenville, SC vs Greenville, NC). So, I arrived early at the drop off location (SC), fully expecting to pay a penalty or at the very least, get the side-eye. The nicest young men were working customer service and helped me resolve the issue. Shout out to Nick Johnson, Joe Coachys, and James Wright. Very professional! They even saved me some dollars on the final bill! Forever grateful!

    There was no one at the counter. I had to wait for over an hour even though my booking was scheduled 2 weeks ago. The sign on the counter said that they were on lunch break at 4 pm. I ended up leaving without a car. Terrible! Don’t waste your time…

    Says open 9-6 I’ve been here along with other customers waiting for them to “return from lunch” for over an hour my pick up time was an hour ago this is unacceptable.

    Well I was very disappointed in the service I received. I arrived at Enterprise at 12:25. I was dropped off expecting to leave immediately because I did the online process. I waited and waited. An hour has passed and I became very hungry. So I had to go find a place at the airport to eat because I didn’t want to get sick. I went to this restaurant at the airport called Class Bistro. That place was expensive!!!! But I had to eat. I walked back to Enterprise, still no one there . I continued to wait. Finally I called the 1-800 number and spoke with h someone. I informed the foreign lady about my he extended time that I been waiting and she told me that the place does not close till 6. I’m like “is she serious “? By this time I am furiously frustrated . So I continue to wait, yet no one. It’s been two hours now so I call d the 800 number again and a different lady answered the phone and I explained to her what happen by this time the lady that supposed to be at the service desk finally came. There was no explanation. The lack of service delayed my day when I needed to be places at a certain time. This was very unacceptable. I should had got portion of my money back for a two hour wait!

    I thank the manager, for wanting to make it right, but I found another place to get the rental from. Someone who is going to pay upfront, needs to be waited on.
