  My sister and I made individual reservations on January 1, 2025, for two 15‑passenger vans for an upcoming family trip to Disney World. On Saturday, December 13, I began calling the location to confirm our reservations. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered the phone. On Monday, December 15, I went to the location in person to confirm. At that time, I was informed that this location does not carry 15‑passenger vans. I questioned how customers are expected to know this when the website allowed us to make reservations for those vehicles at that location. I also asked if assistance could be provided in locating another location with availability, given that our trip is next week. I was told that I would need to find another location myself. I then contacted customer service and was informed that there were no 15‑passenger vans available within a 200‑mile radius. A ticket was submitted, and I was told that a District Manager would contact me within two hours. Eight hours passed without any follow‑up call. Fortunately, I was able to locate two vans at the Glenwood Avenue location in Raleigh, NC. However, this requires us to drive approximately 1½ hours to pick up the vehicles. While I appreciate that solution was ultimately found, this situation could have been extremely problematic. Had I not proactively stopped by to confirm the reservations, securing transportation on the day of departure would have been slim to none. I am especially disappointed that no one followed up after the ticket was submitted and that we were not notified earlier that the original location does not carry this type of vehicle. These reservations were made 12 months in advance, which should have allowed ample time for notification or corrective action. I would like to note that the young lady who assisted me at the Glenwood Avenue location was excellent and very professional. Prior to making the online reservations, I had also called to confirm that vehicles would be available. While I understand that the PGV location does not carry 15‑passenger vans, this information should have been communicated well before now.

  I accidentally put the incorrect return pick up location on my contract (Greenville, SC vs Greenville, NC). So, I arrived early at the drop off location (SC), fully expecting to pay a penalty or at the very least, get the side-eye. The nicest young men were working customer service and helped me resolve the issue. Shout out to Nick Johnson, Joe Coachys, and James Wright. Very professional! They even saved me some dollars on the final bill! Forever grateful!

  There was no one at the counter. I had to wait for over an hour even though my booking was scheduled 2 weeks ago. The sign on the counter said that they were on lunch break at 4 pm. I ended up leaving without a car. Terrible! Don’t waste your time…
