  Very very rude customer service. My wife reserved premium 8 passenger vehicle from this location. The reservation stated that we should pick it up at 6:00 pm so we arrived a few minutes before 6 and the door was locked. I could see the people through the window, but no one acknowledged us standing there. Everyone just walked out of a side door to leave. One of the employees said we're closed. I said "we have reservations to pick up a vehicle." She said sorry we're closed." We drove over an hour to pick up the vehicle. I called customer service to file a complaint. I don't even think they had the vehicle there.

  had an amazing experience with Eleanore, the branch management trainee at Enterprise. As a State Farm customer, I needed a rental while my car was being repaired—and Eleanore made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She greeted me with a fantastic smile and went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. She set me up with a Chevy Malibu and reassured me that I’d have the car until mine was fixed and I was completely satisfied. She even gave me the Enterprise contact number just in case anything came up. What really stood out was how clearly she explained everything. She made sure I knew Enterprise was on my side and that their customer service was 100% committed to helping me. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional. Honestly, Eleanore deserves to be a regional or nationwide manager. She’s a true asset to Enterprise—and thanks to her, I’ll always recommend them♥️

  I've never had an issue renting until this location. You have to talk to these people like they are children or they consider you disrespectful and refuse to rent to you. I suggest going to a different location that have adults working there.

  I reserved a 7-seater van a week ago, and during those days, I received confirmation of my reservation. To my surprise, when I went to pick up the van, they told me they didn't have it. Seriously?! On the day of pickup?! Now I had to cancel my trip because I couldn't find a car at any of the nearby rental companies. I think it's unacceptable that they didn't give advance notice that they wouldn't have my car, which I had reserved a week in advance. Terrible service, and I have neither a solution nor compensation! 😡😡😡 This is completely unacceptable.
