    Worst experience ever. The female manager is unconcerned. Reservation was made a week ago, checked in yesterday and no car for us upon arrival. Manager stated they called. I showed her my call log....no call from them. Manager would not call another branch to see if a car was available. Don't count on Enterprise.

    I called the reservation department and confirmed a same-day pickup. I specifically asked the agent to make sure they had cars available, and she guaranteed that they did. As I was pulling up to the location, the manager called to tell me they actually had no cars. When I arrived and pointed out the cars sitting in the lot, the manager said those were for customers who booked weeks ago and asked how I would feel if they gave my car away. The irony is they had no issue doing exactly that to me. Her attitude and demeanor made it clear she didn’t care at all about the inconvenience she caused. Completely unacceptable experience.

    Enterprise location on Greenville Boulevard Greenville, NC. I arrived at the branch with a reservation that I made two months in advance despite my timely arrival and confirmed reservation the location had no vehicle available for me and not any alternative solutions. They had called me 1 week in advance to confirm my reservation and I went into the store Tuesday, Nov. 25th to confirm my vehicle and the 2 women that were working confirmed my vehicle would be available the next day. My pick was supposed to be, Nov. 26th. Yet, on Nov. 26th, Jamie called me the morning of and told me enterprise had no vehicle. I told him I would be to the store to get them to help me. I told them I needed the large SUV because my 94 year old mother needed something comfortable and high off the ground and there were 3 people going and lots of luggage. What made the situation worse was the conduct of the staff when I got there. All young and unconcerned about the situation. Jamie who claimed he was the manager, Instead of attempting to locate a vehicle from another Enterprise location or sister branches I was told that I should look for a vehicle myself. The employees made no effort to assist me in securing a replacement car, and the staff and Jamie who claimed he was the manager even went so far as to threaten me to call 911 which was entirely unprompted and inappropriate because I questioned them as to how this could have happened. This behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and deeply concerning. Because of Enterprise failure to provide the reserved vehicle and the refusal to assist me, I was left without transportation and experienced , significant inconvenience and disruption. After calling customer service No regional manager reached out to me and the very young staff teamed together on this day to misrepresent Enterprise. They did not fulfill the obligation to have my vehicle ready and could have cared less. On that Monday, Nov. 24th, they had 3 large SUVs available and did not reserve not even 1 for my arrival. I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for trips since 1999 and I have never seen such terrible customer service before. If you want unprofessionalism and (children), not professional adults, to help you confirm a rental GO to the Greenville Boulevard Enterprise location in Greenville, North Carolina. Yet, next time I rent it will be from the Memorial Drive, Greenville, NC, Enterprise where real professionalism was and I would have had my vehicle reserved. Also, if you notice when a representative from Enterprise responded to this review it is an automated response.
