  Managers says their going to transfer you and hang up. I called roadside assistance they hung up as well. This car is overheating and NOBODY is helping me. I’ll never rent another car from this bootlegged place

  Yesterday, I called ahead looking to rent a Honda Civic and was told it was a silver one was available if I come within 30 minutes so I made the drive there only to be told it was going into maintenance. Then today, I called again and the lady who works at the store said a black one was available that just got out of maintenance so I made the 20 minute drive down there again. When I got to the store, the same guy I saw yesterday told me she was wrong and it is going into maintenance. I am frustrated with this place, I've wasted my time and gas by going to this place.

  I will plea the 5th cause there was always that one not nice or friendly and that was traquan Johnson . So no I will not ever go back to the memorial blvd in Greenville North Carolina location if I have to deal with his rudeness . The manager was always nice and pleasant to deal with 💁🏻‍♀️

  The guy who picked me up was great. The office staff were fine, although I was a bit taken aback when my service person said they were going to charge me personally for the difference between the insurance's rental allowance and the sticker price of my actual rental because they had run out of cars at the corresponding lower rate. After changing their minds, they then said that I would have to exchange the rental they gave me if they got the lower cost car available again. Luckily that didn't happen, but I did not appreciate the implication that I would have to invest my time and experience the hassle because of their inability to stock the appropriate cars.

  Picked up a vehicle from this location on October 15, 2025. As soon as I sat in the vehicle it reeked of weed. I informed the staff about it to which they sprayed air freshener and apologized. They said it was the only one they had left to give me but they were aware of the smell. I needed a car so I took it anyways. I go to pick up my daughter from school that same day and my wife and I pop the cigarette lighter port and there is weed in the port. I immediately call enterprise and tell them what I found and ask for a new vehicle. Anything else. I did not want to drive a car that has weed in it. They said ok and said they were sending someone out and to not drive it anywhere else. The gentleman got there and proceeded to clean out the weed with a solution spray and a rag. I ask him if this was their fix to the problem he said yes this is what they told me to do. So I call corporate and tell them of the situation. Corporate informs me they will be finding me a new car and refunding my entire reservation for the issue. I said wonderful I appreciate that. The local enterprise tells me to bring the car back to them to get a new one. So I did. They then say ok well we can discount it a small amount but that’s the best we can do. I tell them that I was informed I would receive a full refund by corporate customer service for the issue. He calls his manager and says no that is the best we can do if you arnt completely happy with it we can just refund you and try to find you a car at another location. I said I’m just frustrated I was told one and thing and now I’m getting this I didn’t ask for their to be drugs in my car when I picked it up but I need one for tomorrow if that’s the best you can do then fine but I need a vehicle. He comes back after talking to the manager again and says no the manger says we can’t do business with you and to refund you because you arnt completely satisfied. They call around and no other location had a rental for me so they drove me home and said sorry good luck. Terrible customer service, terrible situation, drugs in the car, will never use this location again. It’s ridiculous!
