The staff were very understanding and helped me with a partial refund. Instead of charging me for a round trip, they adjusted it to a one-way charge, which saved me money. They were honest, generous, and truly went above and beyond to help. I’ll definitely be renting from them again!

I do not recommend this company and especially this location. Afterward I called back to Corporate. They issued an immediate manager level review. I was told to expect a call back. A week later, I am still waiting. Their 800 customer service is not much better. No way I ever do business with them again!

After speaking with a lady at the exact location yesterday telling me they would have a load of cars coming in yesterday that he could get a car this am , only to go in and get absolutely nothing. And to find out he can only get select vehicles bc of his age, which I mentioned at both location. Such a horrible experience with both places. My son doesn't even want a rental now, bc he was treated so poorly. DO BETTER!

I knew this so I called the day before to double check and make sure my vehicle would be there, they confirmed it. I arrived at the scheduled day at the scheduled time and it was not available. They kept acting like they were doing me a favor getting me another car, when I asked for a discount I was given 20$ off for the 1 week rental (but they also slipped in a fuel charge I wasn’t told about, so it was basically the same price) I wanted to give them a chance after all the other reviews like this. 50/50 you get a car here, and even less if you request a specific one.
