My second time at this location. The last time I was here, I didn’t have a pleasant experience because they had gotten my reservation incorrect. This time they got it right and I am happy about it. However the wait was long so I would recommend to come here early or be prepared for at least an hour wait.

This was, without question, the worst experience our family has ever had with a rental car company.
Enterprise rented my father a Jeep Wagoneer with expired registration and tags. As a result, he was pulled over and ticketed for an issue entirely caused by Enterprise’s negligence. No customer should ever be expected to inspect registration or tags on a rental vehicle—this is a basic responsibility of the rental company, especially when customers are paying for a vehicle they trust to be fully compliant and legal to drive.
After the incident, my parents visited and contacted the Enterprise location multiple times. On each occasion, they were told the issue would be “taken care of.” It never was. Because Enterprise failed to resolve the matter, my father was forced to deal with DMV penalties, court fees, court appearances, and ultimately had to hire a traffic attorney to file a motion and get the matter placed back on the court calendar—something that should never have happened in the first place.
Despite repeated attempts to escalate the issue, Enterprise showed no urgency, no accountability, and no remorse. The burden was completely shifted onto my parents, while Enterprise acted as though there was nothing they could do, even though the situation stemmed directly from their failure to provide a legally registered vehicle.
To this day, nothing has been resolved, and no meaningful assistance or compensation has been offered. This experience caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and legal trouble that could have been avoided with basic diligence and customer care.
I strongly caution anyone considering renting from this location. A rental car company should provide peace of mind—not legal consequences.
