While dealing with blatant dishonesty at the Garner, NC store about an RV, this location initially seemed more responsive, but the experience quickly fell apart. After finding a model in Garner, I found the same model in Greenville, but a 2025 instead of 2026. I was asked to place a deposit to hold a clearance RV, then spent days waiting for promised pricing details that never materialized. Sales staff were polite but unable to deliver clear, complete information. The process stalled entirely, and I ultimately walked away due to lack of follow-through. The Sales Manager did do a great job of reassuring me that Garner's Camping World sales tactics were bad service and that their management was fairly new to the RV industry.

I was very impressed with his kindness and willingness to show me any camper that I wanted to see. Compared to other places I had visited…my experience there was the best! Even though I had a change of plans and decided not to purchase a camper he continued to be kind and respectful which seems to be a rare find these days. Keep being you Austin and when I do decide to purchase I will remember how easy you made things for me.
