Mitchell stayed with the install until it was completed. He was very knowledgeable about what the vehicle needed. He had the best attitude and was so nice. Then the sales person put the sale in under the wrong phone number so they couldn't even find the right transaction in the system. They finally got it right and I got the correct part. Because they are all so nice and were willing to do what it took to get me the right part without it costing me a fortune, I give them three stars. If they could get the parts right on the first try it would be five. (Getting the wrong part seems to happen almost every time)

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
