  I went in to look at a couple of RVs and met the best sales rep! Alex was understanding, kind and very patient with us.   We drove 3 hours to look at a used 2024 Class A. During the inspection, we determined that it had not been cleaned or detailed. We found bugs in the bedroom, glass was stained from a sprinkler making it difficult to see the outside mirror, remnants of the previous owner’s dogs, dirty & stained outside, and the oil change light on. Not a favorable first impression. When we were presented the numbers, there was a $3800 fee for cleaning, servicing, & detailing, as well as camping accessories that we already had and didn’t need. After refusing to pay for this, we were told either we pay, or they don’t perform a walk through. This is where they would show us what all the buttons and switches operated and detailing. They also low balled the value of my trade in, substantially. I was told by a sales manager that they were a public company and those were the rules. We left and bought the identical unit, only new, the next day at a dealer closer to home. We are seasoned RV’ers and this would have been our 6th RV. Our salesman was a good guy, management and Camping World policies are despicable. Go elsewhere to buy and be treated respectfully.

  We knew what we wanted, we knew about what we wanted to spend. No games, no trying to "upgrade" us. Ashun Jackson is our salesman, and he delivered exactly what we wanted with the friendliness and professionalism you don't see very often anymore.

  This was my first experience buying a camper, so I didn't know what to expect. I've had some experience with my parent's camper years ago and was familiar with towing and setting up. I was introduced to Austin by the desk staff and was immediately put at ease. This young man was very knowledgeable, polite and a real pleasure to work with. He wasn't "pushy" and seemed to like what he was doing. The entire process was easy and really pleasant. I honestly had a really good experience with everyone that I met there and am completely happy with the whole experience. I'm completely satisfied and can't say enough good things about our salesman Austin!
