  Was pleased with the customer service, which was better than the one I use in my hometown. The wash was decent, not in any way bad, but not as vigorous as I'm accustomed to; and the rinse was not through. But it was good to have before my travel home because I like a clean car before trips. Thank you, Zips!

  First time coming here and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. Mariana was very informative on the different tiers of washes and the promotions. She made the value make sense as far as savings and getting a membership. I will definitely be taking advantage of my two washes a day! And it certainly helps that I will be greeted and serviced By such a great Person like Mariana. Would definitely recommend zips for the cleanliness, the customer service, And the overall experience. Thank you for making my first time here a lasting one Mariana!!

  Mariana was great and she helped me with everything that I needed. The facility was very clean and well upkept and I was very satisfied.
