  If you want your car to smell like sewage, this is the place for you! I gagged the entire way through. They washed your car with filthy water, and it looks like it when it’s done. They barely dry it so you have to use their wet towels to to dry it by hand. Very disappointing experience. I currently have a subscription. Pretty sure I’ll be canceling.

  Tyler the assistant manager and Ra were amazing area was very clean and they also washed my weather proof mats for me which was awesome!!!!

  I’m a subscriber to Whistle Express. The car wash is staffed by hard workers, none more accommodating than Tyler. I recently sucked up what I thought was my wife’s missing earring. Tyler helped me by opening the vacuum system to find the missing object. Not the earring but another wayward jewelry item. The place may be a self serve style but without a supply of towels and supplies it doesn’t work. This location is always ready. Thanks.

  Horrid equipment…has ripped off my back wiper assembly twice. The last time l had gone thru the wash and left without wipe down as l was in a rush. Discovered the next day, wrote them on the web…they waited three days to reach out to tell me to go by the car wash and see a manager. The manager took down a report…then three days later it was denied due to me leaving AND things like wiper blades and assemblies are NOT COVERED…over $100 to get changed out by the FORD dealer. I will never go back!

  I’ve been a member at Whistle Express Car Wash since they took over the Battlegrounds location. Overall, it’s convenient, but there are a few things that really need addressing. First, there’s often a really unpleasant odor as soon as you drive in—almost like a sewage or stale water smell. It’s pretty noticeable and not exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when you’re getting your car cleaned. The biggest issue, though, is the tire shine they use. It leaves really dark, oily splatters on the sides of the car—sometimes even on the windshield. It’s a major downside because those stains really stand out, especially on lighter cars. Also, the wash can be inconsistent—sometimes it works great, sometimes it doesn’t rinse thoroughly. I really hope management can address these points—especially the smell and the tire shine issue—so that the overall experience improves.”
