  My family brings all of our vehicles here because of the friendly people who work here and their great prices. An added bonus is that we live less than ten minutes away.

  I have been a customer at this place for years now. However the guy that usually works the front desk has lied to me multiple times times about the prices; another man came behind him and gave a much cheaper price. They changed me 1680.00 for alternator which he told me that’s what was wrong with my car. I was told it would take four hours to fix, which I waited for it at their shop. It only took 2 hours. After bringing my car out the shop they never called my name, saw when the guy brought the papers to desk. I was trying to get my car and make it to work that morning, but unfortunately I had to go to desk because they never called my name to tell me it was done. This place has had good, honest people working here in the past. Now I would never ever go here again. Dishonesty will get you no where in life. The guy that works the front desk should definitely be replaced. The people in this place now are not honest people at all.

  Terrible customer service. Was not acknowledged or spoken to when i walk in the door. Waited over a hour to get one tire looked at while others who came in after me got service. Overall bad vibes.

  From the moment I walked into the place not one person said "hey" "be with you in a min " absolutely nothing I stand there for about 10 mins and when I'm finally asked what's going on and all I needed was a tire patch because I had ran over a screw they tell me okay it will be a wait not one person was being serviced in the Bay area or in the lobby I waited my car for another 15 minutes when someone comes to take my car inside everything's okay, as I'm getting ready to leave I'm paying and they tell me 42$ for some absolute BULLSHIT and of course I have to pay it because they hold the keys and the lady at the front wants to act all rude because I'm shocked about a RIDICULOUS price ! If you value your car and wallet go to mavis tire place nextdoor ANYWHERE ELS WOULD BE A BENIFIT TO YOU !!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!! RUN!!!
