  Wow!! Such a wonderful experience I had this weekend at the Strickland Brothers on Battleground. Johnathan and Aaron were amazing. They were respectful and courteous. They promptly came to my car when I pulled in, told me the options, and my wait time. They provide water and then promptly guided me into the bay for my oil change when ready. They checked the lights and provide detailed information as they serviced my car. They did such a great job, I went home and brought any car back for service. And the special sauce was this was a Sunday!!!

  I got an oil change and car inspection at the end of February...not even 2 months and less than 3000 miles I'm in need of an oil change. I've never had to get an oil change this close together. Makes me wonder if I even got a oil change in the first place. I will not be coming back to this location.

  If I could give Zero stars I would. I needed a state vehicle safety inspection and oil change and wanted to verify their Sunday hours and that someone would be there to do inspections (sometimes online info is not up to date). Tried calling the local shop several times (at the # that's on their social media page) and never could get a person- only an AI bot that said "transferring you to someone", then hangs on about 30 seconds, then says "I'm sorry, if you need anything further please call back- and disconnects. Finally wound up somehow at their corporate location and the woman asked why I didn't call the local shop? So I started to explain as nicely as possible (I'm never ugly to anyone) and she interrupted and said "well you got me now- what do you need that's so urgent?!" I told her I only wanted to verify Sunday hours and that inspections were available then and she said "of course". So, I made plans to be there when they opened today- Sunday 4/19/2026 and- you guessed it- they don't have anyone who does inspections on Sunday. One person caring enough to answer one phone and give correct information and I would have gladly gone another day. It goes without saying that they lost a customer- not that my business would make or break them because it won't. I'm just sharing my personal experience.

  I stopped here at Strickland Brothers for an oil change on my 2009 handicap minivan. Mr. Christopher Hunt and Mr. Seth Hopkins are two of the most accommodating and customer service oriented gentleman that I have ever met when getting my oil changed. I feel that they love their job by the way they exhibit how much concern they were for my vehicles performance. They also checked the pressure on my tires. I definitely recommend coming to this place for an oil change to anyone. Moreover, I will definitely be returning with other vehicles that I have, and in the future when this current vehicle requires another oil change. Thank you!!!

  I left a competiting shop because they were short-staffed. Today was my second time at Strickland Bros. Stickland had me in and out in less than 90 minutes for state inspection and oil change, including wait time in line. They were having an issue with another car, but they kept me informed about the delay, and got the line moving again. They fully explained my oil options in a professional, non-pushy way. I was quite pleased with my experience today.
