  Went in for a oil change, they told me everything that was included. Tire rotation was one of them. It was a female that worked on my car. She didn't do the tire rotation i checked my tires before I left shop and all 4 of my tires were still in the same place! I have a habit of checking my tires location before I take it to be serviced because I had other mechanics lie to me before as well saying that they rotated my tires. I went back in to tell them and they asked if i wanted to get them done at first i said yes. I then changed my mind due to the dishonesty of the mechanic. I want to add that the lady's at the front desk were great!

  So I followed these guys from NTB. Story time. Ntb is supposed to repair your tires for stuff like nails. Took it to NTB/Maevis. Lied and said the mail was in the side. It was in the middle. Never going back but these guys at Tire are honest and good. Plugged my tire and found a legit defect in my front tire by just walking by it. I hate shops that try to take advantage of you. These guys are good.

  Made an appointment a week in advance. Bring vehicle and was told only had 2 of the 4 tires I ordered. I was told other tires would be there that afternoon and I requested they do alignment, inspection and install tires they had while waiting on other tires. Wrong size tires were sent the next day. Right size tire were not received and installed until the Tuesday after my original appointment.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I called ahead and was quoted $75 for an oil change, but when I arrived the price jumped to $130. I was also told I needed an appointment after making one and having to leave work early to make the time work On top of that, they said fluids would be topped off, but nothing was done—just a rushed oil change. Poor communication and not honest with pricing. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend. So owner response is he will work on it???? Awful! Bad business lies lies lies I’ll fill up my own fluids don’t say your gonna do something if your are not gonna do it. 🤡

  I want to be very clear—my five stars are going to the front desk staff ONLY I didn’t have any interaction with the mechanic who ran inspection. Their customer service was great, and they were the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection due to a rear windshield wiper (that I don’t even use) and my front tires. In my opinion, the tires were still in good condition—no wires showing, no bald spots—and I even had them checked afterward and was told they could still be resold as used tires. I don’t drive much, so I had planned to replace them in May, which would’ve worked perfectly for my schedule. However, that wasn’t acceptable here. The quote I received for repairs was also higher than expected and outside of my budget, so I ended up going elsewhere to get the work done just so I could return and pass inspection. If you’re planning to come here for an inspection, be prepared: • Schedule an appointment • Expect longer wait times (I arrived at 12:30 PM and didn’t get home until nearly 2 PM) • Understand they are very strict and will check everything Even if you don’t think something is an issue, they may still fail it. Tires that seem fine to you may not pass their standards, and yes—even a rear windshield wiper can cause a failure here. While some places may overlook smaller things, that was not my experience. Bottom line: your car needs to be in top-tier condition—no warning lights, near-new tires, and fully functional wipers—if you want to pass. I chose this location hoping for a different experience, but it ended up being similar to a previous inspection I had elsewhere. The only real difference was that the front desk staff here were much better. Will I return? I’m not sure. If I do, I’ll make sure my car is practically in like-new condition before pulling in.
