I would definitely recommend this Mavis Tire location. I have had to have tires replaced on two of my vehicles and each time the service was superior. The young man named DayDay was very helpful and made sure he kept me informed throughout the process and reassured me that if I had any issues that I could return and they would take care of it. I haven’t any issues but I am appreciative of that great customer service.

I stopped by this location to have my tire checked, and Dayday was incredibly friendly and assisted me right away. The mechanic, Sam, took the time to drive my car and carefully explained that he didn’t hear anything concerning. He also gave helpful advice on the type of brakes I’ll need for my next service. Great customer service all around, these guys are awesome!
Scratch that I would not come again. My ESC light came on and stayed on after service. They told me to go to another location. I notice my steering wheel isn't straight, so I knew that was the problem. They fix the steering wheel, but my ESC light was still on, but they tell me I need something done that costs over $400. I thank God I didn't get it done. My car is finally driving fine now. Won't be back.

I had my brakes replaced about five months ago, but shortly after, I began hearing a grinding noise coming from the left side. I returned to the shop to have it checked, but the head manager stated he did not hear anything.
The grinding continued, and eventually it led to serious damage — a bolt broke off, and it caused significant damage to my tire and rim. My rim is now severely damaged, with multiple holes and cracks around it, due to what appears to be improper work.
I paid $1,400 for this brake service, and it has been a complete waste of money. The situation was made worse by poor customer service and lack of accountability. My car sat at the shop for five days just to replace the bolt, and they ordered the wrong part three separate times. Despite my car being there the entire time, it was repeatedly pushed to the back of the line.
Additionally, the manager, Pat, was unprofessional and dismissive. He refused to listen to my concerns, walked away during the conversation, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.
Now I am left with a broken rim and additional damage, and the shop is refusing to take responsibility. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I had new brakes installed on my car about five months ago. Shortly after, I began hearing a grinding sound on the left side. I returned to the shop to have it checked, but the head manager said he did not hear anything.
Later, the grinding noise came back, and eventually a mounting bolt broke off, causing damage to my tire and rim. My rim is now severely damaged, with multiple holes and cracks due to what I believe was poor workmanship. I spent $1,400 on the brake service, and it feels like that money was wasted.
In addition, my car remained at the shop for five days just to replace the bolt, and during that time, the wrong part was ordered three different times. Despite my car being there for several days, it was still treated as a low priority.
The manager, Pat, was very unprofessional. He refused to listen to my concerns and walked away while I was speaking, which was frustrating and disrespectful.
As a result, I am now left with a cracked rim and additional damage. The shop has stated they are not liable for the repairs, which I strongly disagree with. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services due to poor customer service and substandard mechanical work.
Daye Daye was so professional and very concerned about my problem. He has the Best customer service ever.
