  Great service, no wait! I noticed I had a slow leak in my tire. I drove right in, Jake greeted me immediately, and they drove my car into a bay. I waited about 15 min in their waiting area and then my car was done! I had a nail in the tire and the team at Mavis was so quick! I also was able to see and hear the customer service provided by all the workers. All the customers seemed to leave happy.

  Went to get my son from school and ended up with a flat. Came here as it is the closest tire shop to the school and was taken back right away! Jae at the front desk had us in and out in about 30 mins! Thank you so much for the efficiency

  Unequivocally the best customer service around. After having a very untimely issue with a flat tire puncture on our wheelchair mobility van, I went into Mavis Tire on Gate City Blvd in Greensboro. Never having been there I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by two very friendly employees who looked at the van, said no problem and drove it into their shop, pulled the tire, removed the nail and plugged & patched it. All this in about 15-20 minutes. When they brought the van back I asked what do I own you, there answer was nothing, just visit us when you need repairs in the future. I absolutely will, that was totally unexpected customer service at a masters class level. I would and will unequivocally recommend the Mavis Tire and Breaks at 5701 Gate City Blvd in Greensboro NC to anyone in need of honest friendly service. Thank you Seth, you are a superstar!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Seth at Mavis Tire, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Seth was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated.   This was the 2nd time I visited this location. Each time I was greeted with a warm friendly Hello Sir what can we do for you today. The first time I asked them to check and balance the front tires as I had some vibrations while driving they not only did it quickly but noted hey you have some trend loss and you may need an Alignment. They were not even pushy about (shockingly surprised). On my second visit my tire would not hold any air at all. AGAIN greeted with smile and a warm Hello Sir. They asked a few questions about the car 🚗 and few moments later they showed me the bad stem valve which had dry rotted wow how was the tire even staying inflated. Want to say a special thank you to Seth and Abdul both were professional and courteous with that great Southern Hospitality
