  I must say I haven’t used Good Year as my vehicles service spot in 38 yrs. Yesterday, I’m very happy I decided to go today. I purchased four new 245/45R20 103W XL Eagle Sport A/SVSBTL and Ms. Black Panther is 💯✨✨& my purse is very happy, too. 😊 💯✨🥰 As a recent divorcée, I don’t play with it🤑💵🤣🤣.   The goodyear on college road greensboro surpasses my expectations. Every time I have had my vehicles serviced at this location I have left completely satisfied. I have been a customer for 15+ years. I feel like they treat me as their mother aunt or sister when it comes to talking to me about car repairs and maintenance. My passed vehicle and present one are older models and they have maintained them with excellent service. I have and will continue to recommend this location to family and friends for any car repairs/services they need.

  Their service has really gone downhill. About a month ago, I went to Tire & Mavis and was told my brakes and tires were in good condition. I’ve also been to Goodyear multiple times, and they rotated my tires without ever mentioning a dent in my rim. When I went back today, they added to the report that my car needs new tires and marked that I “refused” the service—yet no one ever discussed changing tires with me. They also listed several other items as needing repairs and marked them as declined, but the technician never explained any of this to me. There was no clear communication at all. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism is very disappointing. I no longer feel confident trusting their service.
