  We had a great experience overall with Joe Hudson. We set an appointment through our Insurance agency and dropped our vehicle off on a Monday and it was finished that Friday. They got the dent out, cleaned up the scuffs and got worked with the deep scratches from the accident. They walked me step by step of the repair process and made everything pain free. I definitely recommend.

  I was sick to my stomach when I found someone had backed into my car and left the scene. They left a big dimple in the driver's side bumper. Hadn't even made the first payment. Based on reviews I chose Joe Hudson's Collision Center and notified my insurance company. The team there arranged an appointment time. I dropped it off and they even contacted the rental company and had my rental car waiting. They kept me informed with texts and had the car ready a couple days early. They even adjusted a headlight I didn't know was out of whack. I was pleased with their work. My car looks good as new.

  They kept my car for over a month past what they said- now that I have it my hood is MISALIGNED AND MY HEAT AND AC DONT WORK!!! Also the manager cussed me out when I asked about my car- extremely poor customer service and one of the employees said the men in the back made creepy comments about me. Beyond HORRIBLE business and I’ll make sure everyone knows

  They had my car for almost a month to repair/replace/paint bumper, hood, and front quarter panel. Since my inspection was due in 3 weeks, I asked if they would inspect it as well, and was told, "Yes." When I first took it in, they said it would be about a week. When I called after a week they said it would be another week. When I called again, I was told, "Friday at the latest." (Despite being told that they would give me updates, I received no calls or texts--they said I had "opted out" of receiving texts, but I always request calls and texts.) On Friday I was told, "Next week". I specifically asked if someone would call when it was ready and was told, "Yes." Monday at 4:30 I received a call saying, "We're wondering when you're going to come in, we close at 5:00." So, I guess this is you telling me my car is ready? AND, when I went to get it, the battery was dead (the lights were on). AND, they hadn't inspected it. Everyone was pleasant and polite, but....
