    Being transferred several times just to see about a rental for a week and was on hold for an hour being transferred several times. I dont think they know what they are doing.

    Worst. Rental. Location. Anywhere. We reserved a SUV for a 9 day trip. No one ever contacted us prior to our arrival at the rental store, and we arrive to discover that there is no vehicle available for us. Zero. Not an upgrade or a downgrade. No vehicle is waiting for us at all. We have a reservation number and they don’t have any vehicle for us. They should have contacted us the moment they discovered the issue (which they said they discovered several days before our reservation date). The 800 number for Enterprise “escalated” our case but never called us back. We scrambled to go to the airport and rent from a competitor, Budget, who not only had a vehicle available but honored the same price that Enterpise was going to charge us. We will never rent from Enterpise again. What good is a reservation number if it doesn’t guarantee a vehicle? We can’t take that risk again.

    It was a great experience. Staff attended us professionally, in a very rational time frame we got the car. We did the required inspection and check on the car. Necessary information was provided by the Representative. With no doubt, we recommend this branch for the car services. Keep going guys.
