  Never been a problem. Left an expensive item in the car. Called customer service. They held the item until I returned 4 days later to get into a new rental.

  Customer service was 2nd to none and Tom was a superstar. The vehicle, a Nissan Frontier had an annoying feature that caused the engine to shut down at every stop and then re-start when you took your foot off the brake. 3 days after hiring this vehicle, I discovered the shut off button, but even so the vehicle seemed to have a noisy, snappy transmission that did not feel secure.

  This is the greatest Enterprise/ Alamo that I have ever been to. They have the best deals and the best rates. And for what it's worth, sometimes airports don't have stock. They always have stock. The most I've ever waited was 20 minutes for a car. Lexi is one of the best customer service agents I have met and deserves a raise, a Mercedes and gift basket with top shelf liquor. Miles helped out so much as well. Whoever is hiring people there should pay themselves on the back because I have never had such ease understanding and modifying reservations. Solid people. Lexi and Miles killed it today! Also Jeremy, Chauncey and Quinton absolutely slay. So odd to find so many individuals with social skills and an adeptness in the way of car rental. Knock out team, easy location to access. Always proper!

  I reserved a vehicle for a trip on Friday the 3rd at 8:00 AM at the N Main location in High Point. I received a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reservation saying that our rental was not there and he was going to try to find another vehicle close by. We arrived at 8:00 AM and no vehicle had been found and the only thing said was it would be around 2 hours before we could get the vehicle that was originally reserved. That alone costed us over $250.00 for a missed appointment. I called and found a rental at PTI airport myself that was ready to go. By 9:40 AM we had started our trip and the employee at the N Main branch called saying he found another van at PTI……over a hour and a half later and we had already picked another rental up from that location. Shows to me that he didn’t look for another vehicle. N Main location 0/10, PTI location 10/10. Your employees in high point needs remedial training by the gentleman at the PTI location on customer service. Even the employee at PTI was very apologetic and it wasn’t even him that screwed up. Employees at N Main in high point are pathetic. The ONLY reason I may even consider renting from a enterprise again is because the employee at the PTI location.
