The attention, courtesy, respect, proficiency and professionalism I found there was awesome! Hard to find these days. I appreciate all of the employees there and will recommend Gate City Enterprise every chance I get!

The car they had for me had Check engine light on they had no other car option and told me to call around and look for another car they offered no other solution and did not seem concerned at all about the position they left me in. I like to point out this was a whole new staff... Not sure what happen with the last staff y'all had but they should have trained these new people because customer service was awful
