- JBJohnny BegoodFeb 16, 20261.0This place sucks. I go through one of these McWashes once a month with my fleet van. These places normally have a person at the entrance with a pressure washer hitting your rockers, mud flaps, bumper etc. This one doesn't have that (at least not today). The brushes didn't even touch the back of my van. The rinse left soap all over it. The lower areas were still coated with road salt. I did the $24 wash and got less of a wash than I do for $10 at sheetz. I had to move stations twice because the head of the vacuums on both sides of the vehicle were clogged. The towel stations are spread out and they don't have actual bottles of glass/interior cleaner you can carry with to your vehicle. I've used the zips in Winston and it's way different than this place so it's definitely got to be management or franchise owner related if they're different owners. They need to lower the price or to the quality to their competitors.

I chose Zips due to I had a free coupon (that they didn't take). I chose the basic wash because I didn't need a shine or a polish, I just needed the dirt to be cleaned off... and the basic wash didn't even do it. Even the front of the car has dirt that I can wipe away with my hand. I will not be going back to this car wash.
