The clean towels offered for wiping windows are always damp which makes it impossible to get a streak-free finish. For the price of the membership for "do it myself" detailing, the basic tools should be reliably available. When staff is notified of these issues, they do not seem to care. I like the convenience of a quick drive through wash/wax/vacuum, but the tool and amenities never seem to be completely present and/or are broken. Please fix these issues!
