Once I returned to finish my car, I found the vacuums not working. I went back and asked the associate and he notified me that they were closing at 7pm, while the closing time listed is 8pm. It was 7:01 pm. I asked him if he thought to mention that to me when helping me with the mats, and he stared at the computer screen and did not respond. I was unable to finish vacuuming my car. Needless to say, I do not recommend.

The guys that work at he Battleground location are very nice but I bought a $50 gift card for my parents at Christmas and the money wasn't loaded onto the card. My parents tried to use it and couldn't so I went up there and tried to get the card loaded but they said it had to go through customer service department. Long story short, I've been up there four times and still don't have the money on the card. I've emailed customer service, tried to call but you can't get a human on the phone. As soon as I get my money back, I'll never go there again.
