  Stay away from these people. The Greensboro location in North Carolina.They are thieves! They charged me $1,160.70 for oil change. They took my new Volvo mad flaps and put their ugly Vanguard truck services mad flaps in my truck! So I can advertise them for free! They did not even grease the chassis of my truck. They were beyond rude. When I protested they said I was not allowed to ever come back to the shop. I asked them why would someone in their right mind bring them business to the people who just ripped off. Totally un ethical and unprofessional. They charged me $240.00 to look at my door knob that I already told them it was already broken. They said it was for a diagnostic. Crazy thing I called the police and the police didn’t even help me. They said it was a civil matter. They refused to take a report. They charged me $800 dollars for bolts and latches. I declined the recommendation and they still charged me. If I could give them a negative rating I would. 1 star is too good for these people

  If I could leave negative stars I would. I took a truck to go get the speed turned up on it and after waiting what seemed to be forever I had to go find the people that was working on the truck because they didn't even tell me they was finished, then it turned out they could change the speed because they claim they couldn't reprogram the computer even tho they are the headquarters for Volvo in North America, still charged $180 even though they didn't do anything and when I went to go leave the truck wouldn't start. This now makes the 2nd time we've took a truck to them and after they "worked on it" that it wouldn't start. Then on top of all that they proceed to tell me they would have to charge me again to fix something they broke. Overall terrible experience, prices through the roof and you just might walk out of there with even more problems than you came in with.

  Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Forrest and Tim are the only ones I talk to about the parts I need for my Volvo.

  Poor customer service came here to purchase a faulty part they said they would need to diagnose the truck after 2 hours they hadn't touched the truck it became apparent they was more focused on their company pot luck than conducting actual business so I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else.
