Their job is a challenging one with various unpredictability from flight delays, weather issues, and shortages of staff and vehicles. I rent here about every 8-10 weeks and their team is kind and thoughtful and has been consistently great time and time again. I want to especially Mr. Double D for his kindness and wonderful attitude when I return my vehicle. Cold, hot, rainy, snowy, darkness or daylight, this guy brightens my day every time. Just saying Double D and the team are doing a great job is not enough. I hope they are recognized more fully by the company for their service and customer care.

Forgot the first gentlemens name who got my car assigned (this location you have to go see someone for keys instead of picking your own car like most locations) and he got me rolling right away in the car I tossed my bags into before realizing I had to go to the booth. Cars are right outside of baggage claim, so no shuttle or extra walking needed. Mr. Dietrich (i believe was his name) at car return was absolutely fabulous as well too with his services and getting the car checked in. Would definitely reccomend this location and would chose GSO specifically to work with this location.
