Wasn't safe and they gave me great price on a full set of tires. Tony was very informative and patient while explaining the necessities. I really appreciate true honesty and a gentleman as well as He held the door open for me on my exit ( you don't find that anymore). You can't go wrong seeking service from here!!

When I walked in, the young lady at the counter asked if she could help me, and I started explaining the issue. Before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and said, “Oh yeah, there’s a tire tank outside.” Thankfully, one of the techs overheard the exchange and immediately stepped in. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond—he even explained what the actual issue might be. His service is the only reason this location is getting a 3 from me. If it weren’t for him, it would have been a 1 based on my interaction with the young lady. Cutting off a customer mid-sentence, especially when they’re trying to explain a concern, is inappropriate and unnecessary. Regardless of the profession, we’re all in the business of serving people. A little respect and patience gowsa long way.
