AND ON TOP OF THAT… they call me to tell me I need to pay another $20 because they have to replace the Oil Can Screw Plug “Because someone had OverTighted It and it has been damaged. “ THEN… AFTER I informed them that my LAST Oil Change was at another Mr. Tire here in Greensboro… all of a sudden he changes his statement to… “Well, OVER TIME…. Over tightening damages the oil can screw plug.” SO long story LONGER, I Am Having to Pay over $150 for a 2 1/2 Hour Oil Change (WITH A COUPON) and the Oil Can plug that MR. TIRE Broke!!!! ! DO NOT COME HERE! It is definitely MY last time at ANY MR. TIRE!!!!!!! TRASH service all Around! Go ANYWHERE but here! This is my worst experience EVER getting a “simple” oil change. Lord Knows what I would go thru getting any other service. NO THANKS!!! I am just MAD I have to give them 1 STAR I order to leave a review.
