  First time stopping by. Mr. Tire provides exceptional service ! They got me in and out for an internal tire patch. I’m very pleased with the work and care provided. James educated me on my vehicle and the owner, Jeff and I had a pleasant conversation as I waited. Say hello to Jax, the sweet chihuahua, if you see him!

  My mother went to them for a tire rotation before she was going to return to her home in Ohio, a six and half hour trip mind you, and they didn't properly screw on her back rear tire and it caused her to get into a car accident. 0/10

  Five star for the location on Elm St. ZERO STARS FOR THE SHOP ON PEMBROK DR IN GREENSBORO. I was sent there because Elm st could not get me in. Their lobby at the shop on Pembrok was filthy, the receptionist was half asleep at the front desk. No greeting, just a huff and puff from her. She asked for me keys. I asked how long she thought the wait would be and if anyone could look at car today but she couldn’t give me an answer. I waited in the lobby and heard her telling her co workers how sick she was, then she proceeded to vomit multiple times and spit in the trash can behind the desk. The bathroom was maybe ten steps away. Unbelievably unprofessional, disgusting and embarrassing for the company. Myself and another person waiting got our keys and immediately left. I took my car to Mr. tire because over Thanksgiving I took my car into one of their sister shops in VA to have my breaks and rotors done while visiting family. On my way back to NC the car still was shaking, vibrating and breaks didn’t see like they were done. The shop in VA charged me $1,200. For breaks.. And roters…$1,200. And two roters had to be replaced at the shop in Elm this past Tuesday. Again $1,200, vomit in the lobby, spitting in a trash can, filthy lobby. I won’t be returning for any service from Mr. Tire.

  Do not recommend. They tried to screw me over. I came to get a new set of tires, there was no problem with that. But I also asked for an inspection which they failed me on due to “steering components” and tried to tell me that I had all of the following problems: Upper and lower Ball joints need to be replaced (not true), need new tie rod bushings, need all new CV axle boots and axles (two axle boots were ripped, axles were fine, I am going to replace boots myself), need new wheel bearings (not true at all). They said that all of my CV axle boots had catastrophic damage and were completely void of grease, which was not true. Do not take your vehicle there, especially if you don’t know a lot about cars. They will try to take advantage of that.
