  I had a nail in my tire, the guy tells me that I need tires and that I can't get my vehicle inspected with those tires and if they take the tire off to check it that he couldn't put it back on that I would have to buy a new tire. First my tires are not bad just had my vehicle inspected 2 days prior to going to Mavis. This place is a trap to get people to buy tires! I will not go back.

  Jake was extremely helpful with the whole process patching up the tire. The techs did a great job keeping the truck clean during the time in the shop. The brand new building was clean and well kept up waiting area even with a small area to entertain kids while you wait. Will be returning again. Thanks again Mavis

  So I'll start by saying that the main guy that helped me was super nice and well intentioned. Unfortunately, during that time my son was playing in their kids area and i didnt realize it until i sat closer to the kids area but there was black or dark residue on the toys that my son had on his hands. Not sure if thats oil or tire residue but both are toxic and my son started feeling sick about 4 hours later while we were still there dealing with a traction control warning light that kept coming up on my car following the purchase, installation, and alignment of 2 new tires and then another 2 wider "better" tires to see if the issue went away and it did not. I called the corporate office about this while I was there and it had been about a week and no one has reached out to me as they said they would to address the safety issue as well as the issue caused to my vehicle. Here is a picture of what my child and likely the child of others who visited there may have looked after playing with the toys there. Very disappointed considering I was hoping to get past the issue with my vehicle service and give them another try without my son with me this time. They just opened up so I don't know how the kids area got so compromised and unsafe. Lastly, id love to give them 2 or 3 stars but the safety issue was pretty big and I was a little upset with myself for trusting it would be safe for him to play there.
