  I came in to get an oil change, it was very quick and simple. I called this morning to inquire about the service and they told me to come on in. The manager Jessie was extremely nice and helpful. Anthony was able to answer a few more questions I had about my break pads. The inside was very clean and nice! This is a place I would highly recommend!

  I brought my car in because my tire wasn’t keeping air. I asked the guy at the front (Jesse) if he could help me put air in my tire. He came out with no problem and immediately saw that there was a crack in my valve. He was willing to stay open late so that I could come back to have the valve replaced, but I went ahead and had it repaired. Good as new! Thank you!

  Jessie is very professional and knowledgeable with all the services that Mavis provides. I found this place. It’s my for ever home to get my car serviced. He even told me about the promotions that were being offered with out trying to sale me things I didn’t need. Me being a woman that’s important weed it comes to mechanic shops. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new mechanic shop

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Friday and cannot recommend them highly enough. I limped into their parking lot with a vehicle that was essentially dead in the water. I truly could not drive it any further and was honestly pretty stressed about what the day was going to turn into. Nick came out to my car, listened carefully as I explained what I thought might be happening, and immediately took the time to look at it with me. He very quickly identified the issue (broken radiator valve) and was incredibly respectful and easy to talk to. Nick then spoke with his manager, Jessie, who gave me a very fair and transparent estimate for the work. Jessie went above and beyond by literally walking across the plaza parking lot with me to Advanced Auto Parts to make sure I purchased the exact parts and engine fluids needed. That level of customer service is rare and incredibly appreciated, especially when you're stuck and stressed. Once we had the needed materials, they prioritized my vehicle and completed the repair quickly — I was only there about an hour once the work started. The labor price was extremely reasonable, and they were honest and transparent throughout the entire process. If they hadn’t stepped in and helped me so quickly, it would have turned into a very difficult day. Instead, they made the entire experience smooth, respectful, and genuinely positive. Huge thank you to Nick and Jessie for your professionalism and integrity. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  I will say right away that if this particular shop in the Mavis group is representative of how this company operates, everyone should be confident and comfortable knowing they are getting good service from genuine people who truly care. I have had an ongoing issue with the tire pressure with one of my tires. I have had several Mavis shops look at it to try and diagnose it. Every shop I have gone to, the staff have been very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, they couldn’t discover the issue and they ran all the tests they could on the tire in question. No leak or wheel issue was found. Even though they were still giving me a service, they never charged me for any time they spent trying to figure out the problem. They filled the tire up and told me to please let them know if the problem persisted. My tire pressure monitor did come back on and I could tell the car was pulling to the side with the issue. I went back in today to the shop on Battleground Avenue and met with an associate, Nick. As always, I received prompt and friendly service. I explained the situation to him and he had me in the system verifying I had been there before for this issue. He had my car taken in right away. Again, unfortunately, they ran all the tests and still no leak or any issue with the tire or wheel could be found. I went ahead and suggested switching the tires on the front wheels. By doing this, maybe it would identify if there is indeed a problem with the specific tire or wheel. He agreed this could be a way to possibly figure out what was going on. He was happy to oblige and had his associates make the switch. Again, I offered to pay for the service as they did even more this time, but Nick said that was not necessary. He asked if I could just let him know if this ultimately fixes the issue. I plan on doing so. I can’t begin to acknowledge the fantastic level of service and treatment I have received from Nick and his fellow associates at this shop along with all the other shops I visited in the Mavis group. I appreciate all the staff have done for me thus far. In a world where customer service seems to be getting more artificial, it’s very nice to see good people that truly understand the concept of service and a commitment to take care of others. Thank you all.
