  Had a pretty bad bang up with my vehicle and Pat was more than willing to help make sure I got out of there safe and with everything intact. Nothing was just for the money I felt very taken care of.

  Straight ametuer hour. I went to get two tires replaced. While waiting in the lobby the store manager came and she informed me that two of my tire pressure monitor sensors were bad and not reading. I walked with her out to the shop and she showed me which one they were. I repeated multiple times that I know they are working because I added air earlier that day to those tires. She finally rescanned them and all of a sudden they worked and blamed the technician didn't know how to work the scan tool. Tires were finally installed and I left the store. Later on I noticed a small amount of white smoke coming from the engine bay. After searching around with my cellphone light in the dark I noticed the oil dipstick was sticking way out. I called back to Mavis. The manager answered the phone, I asked her why is my oil getting checked and I came to get tires. She again blamed the technician. The same guy who couldn't use the scan tool right was doing service on my vehicle. He had to take a lunch break in the middle of the service and didn't insert the dipstick back. Another technician took over and finish the install. She told me to return in the morning and they would clean any oil splatter under the hood. The next morning I returned and waited for her to finish her phone call but she directed me to somehow else. The shop worker followed me outside and looked at the splatter and told me they would clean up the area and check oil levels and fill to the proper amount. I went back to the waiting area and looked out the shop window while my vehicle was in the bay. I overheard the store manager say to one of the worker "I never seen oil come from a dipstick". When I heard that it really pissed me off. I walked from around the waiting area and told her the vehicle is right there do you want to look and see what happen. She tried to back track and say she didn't mean it that way. During the service the tech said the oil was low a quart and the manager offer a free oil change but at this point I felt disrespected and afraid of the quality of work by what happen yesterday. The manager said she just only been at the store for a few weeks and still trying to get people trained. I highly doubt I'll be returning to Mavis tire due to the service and the way I was treated by the manager.

  Excellent Service and Top-Notch Alignment! I recently visited Mavis Tire and Brakes for a much-needed alignment, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, quickness, and care. My car was taken back for service almost immediately, and the work was completed in impressively quick time. I was expecting a much longer wait, but they clearly prioritize efficiency without cutting corners. A special shout-out must go to Christie, who provided truly outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to explain the alignment process and the results clearly. It’s rare to encounter such a genuinely helpful and positive attitude, and she made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Most importantly, the quality of the alignment work is fantastic. My car now drives perfectly straight, and the handling feels significantly better than before. The team at Mavis delivered high-quality service, and I have complete confidence in the repairs. If you need fast, high-quality auto service and genuinely kind customer interactions, I highly recommend asking for Christie and trusting the team at Mavis Tire and Brakes!

  This location has excellent customer service! I stopped by because I needed help putting air in my tires, it’s that time of year when the air pumps around town always seem to be out of order. The gentleman at the front, DayDay, was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to assist me. He had me taken care of and back on the road within minutes. Thank you so much for the great service!
