They said they couldn’t do it, they said it needed to be installed professionally. So I called Mavis. I had used them when I lived in Florida and had been happy with them. I took the car over the young man. James helped me to determine what size engine I had so that he could pick the right battery. Then the assistant manager Pat came out and it was New Year’s Eve and they were slammed. But he saw that I was distressed as I am a senior and have some mobility issues. He immediately called and ordered my battery. It was there within 45 minutes. His associate came out and immediately put it in. I was very happy with the price that he gave me. He really helped an old lady out today. I will definitely be back to this particular Mavis. The guys there are A+.

Costco was booked until 8:30 and unlikely to have the right tire. Called Mavis and the manager looked up the tire and told me he would wait for me and put on the new tire right away. Excellent service. Fair price. Kind hearted people. Highly recommend with much gratitude!
- JBJosh BurtonDec 15, 20251.0Would not recommend, mother in law took her car for alignment and they told her she needed new tires, an outer tire rod, control arm, sway bar etc…. She just got new tires in October. The tread is still perfect, there are no scraps, or bubbles on the outside of the tire. There is no uneven wear. Soo how is the tire bad? I checked the sway bars, there is no excess play or grease coming out, no noise when driving so how are they bad? She told me they did the alignment but the car is still pulling to one side. You can’t do an alignment if the tire rod is bad. So I’m pretty sure they did not do the alignment. If you are a women do not come to this establishment alone and get a second opinion before they just try to up sale you. I work on cars for a living and have it in my bay multiple times and never seen any of these issues. Only reason I couldn’t do the alignment is cause I don’t have an alignment machine.
