  After more than 10+ years of going to same dealership, I recently had a very bad experience and decided to look elsewhere. I brought my car to Mavis, and I’m so glad I did. They were extremely helpful, diagnosed the problem quickly, and resolved it without any hassle. What stood out most was how honest and fair they were throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

  I'm new in town and accidently found my way to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Greensboro. My tire was low and wouldn't maintain air. Nick and his Team were AWESOME. They quickly worked me in, fixed my tire and I was on my way. I'm really glad I found them. Great customer service, too! TY.

  Wish I could give a zero!! Went in for a full synthetic oil change and when I drove off I realized that my light was still on saying windshield wiper fluid is low?? So I called them and they told me that they don't check fluids during a oil change?? I'm 60 years old and have gotten 100's if not 1000's of oil changes in my lifetime and never, not never were my fluids not checked!! To make it worse, they don't even mention this to you beforehand!! I had absolutely no antifreeze or break fluid in my car. If it wasn't for that light, I'm not sure what would have happened?? Shame on you for putting people's cars at risk! That was the first and last time I ever pull into a Mavis anywhere!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Battleground. The service was awesome from start to finish. Even without an appointment, everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was communicative, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They did a great job removing and replacing the rims on my car with ones I had already purchased, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure or hassling to buy anything extra. Overall, smooth, honest, and stress-free service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  Wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered my $2,000 Michelin All Season for my Porsche. Once I got there they told me they couldn’t change the tires because they didn’t have a jack that would fit underneath. Eventually they figured they could do it with a manual jack. I specially asked if they clean the rims, tires and everything and I was told by the manager that they do. Anyway, this is the final product. Tire is stained and has clumps of yellow grease all over the tire, missing the caps to the tire, even the air is filled wrong. At this point if they can’t put the tire in I am highly concerned they didn’t do the alignment correctly. Also, I was told they had to take it out for a drive, so whatever goofball did this to my tires took out my car for a joy ride?!?!? Waiting for a call from someone but that hasn’t come yet. I wouldn’t have paid if I seen it before but I paid first.
