  This is for the new division on Battleground Avenue, in Greensboro, NC. First, I'd like to apologize to the two young men who addressed my needs for my car in not remembering their names! I feel the initial young man was the customer service manager and liaison and the other was definitely the technician who was to provide the car service. They were both very kind and professional. Upon entering the business, everything was clean and opened due to all the glass surrounding at least two + sides of the building. I liked that as everything was transparent, including the Bay Area. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. I seem to be a magnet in attracting nails as I just had two removed 2 1/2 weeks prior at the Toyota service department that supposedly required I purchase a brand new tire $345 on a vehicle I just purchased new in 2025. Now 2 1/2 weeks later, here I am once again but I was advised by family to avoid the service department at the dealership for my tires so I listened to my family. I opted for Mavis Tires & Brakes as the additional nail was in fact in the very new tire I just purchased from Toyota based on their recommendation. It turns out that there was no leak after extracting the nail so no work had to be done. Thus my bill was $0.00. I felt I owed them something as they still took the time out to assess and extract the nail as well as checked my air pressure out as well. I certainly do plan on returning as this is apparently going to be my new "normal" with me and this nail attraction thing. Thanks to you both and again, I am so sorry I cannot mention your names as it definitely warrants credit.

  Wow! First time here and I must say, Kyler and staff was absolutely amazing! Great customer service still exist!

  Tire plug took 45 min. Employee was in slow motion and more worried about smoking than working. 3 hours later tire completely flat. Plug halfway hanging out tire. Do not recommend.

  Thank you, Pat and everyone at Mavis this morning ! I appreciate you taking time to give me a positive, personal experience. My tire problem was handled quickly and with wonderful customer service. Pat deserves a raise and so do his co workers. Good workers are hard to come by and these people need to be taken care of. :) Thanks again !

  At first it started off great at the Mavis on Battleground Ave, they installed 2 front tires and did an alignment. During pouring rain they took my RWD dodge challenger out for a test drive, without informing me at all. During the test drive they had gotten into an accident, after bringing the car back to the shop and calling me outside there was a huge dent in the side of my car. The managers Mike and mechanic Ratchet (the one driving) both tried to steer me away from going through mavis corporate for the claim and urged me to go through the other lady’s insurance . They also avoid calling the cops for a report. After multiple managers main one being mike got both mine and the other lady who was involved in the accident insurance they sent her on her way. After they had done nothing, they had taken me back inside and charged me full price for the it all. Then said i’'m sorry that this happened and left it at that. After not hearing anything for a couple days i called the mavis after my insurance had called and said the manager they spoke to hung up on them. After speaking to the manager, he did not believe there was an accident that occurred there, until the mechanic (ratchet) had spoken up and said he was the one driving. Both ratchet and Mike had hidden the accident from the other managers. After about a month of communicating with the other manager, we had figured out he had transferred to a different location and ratchet and mike along with another manager got fired for this shady business. It has been about 3 months sense then i finally got paid for it a week ago, BY MY INSURANCE, and my insurance is going after the lady's insurance for the rest of the money. Mavis had no contribution at all, they did mot give any sort of incentive’s or even an apology all they did my lose a couple of employees. Make this right Mavis, you are a big company and i am a 17 year old kid, working 30 hours a week to fix my car, not only the dent but the rim that got destroyed.
