- ANAbderrahim Napoli5 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this oil change shop. I went in using a coupon for an oil change that was supposed to include basic checks like brakes and fluids. However, after the service, I noticed they only changed the oil and didn’t perform the other checks they mentioned. Even worse, the oil level was not correct when I checked it myself afterward, which is concerning. On top of that, they tried to charge me an extra $30 without clearly explaining why. When I questioned it, they suddenly reduced it to $10, which didn’t feel honest. Overall, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I don’t feel confident that my car was properly taken care of. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

I needed an NC state inspection and oil change and found them with an inspector onsite on Sunday (after being misled by "some other business"- turned out to be the best thing possible!). They treated me with such professionalism and respect (I'm old enough to be all of their grandma's, LOL)- they were also just as respectful to a younger man who was there. I was able to take advantage of 2 coupons so I was very happy with the total price. VERY impressed and I WILL be back!! 😁
