No one would take accountability for the situation and left me feeling a certain way. I called my son and he tried as well to have a conversation with the manager Ryan who was once a cashier then (smh). Ryan stated all the other employees names that was listed on this paper whom worked on my vehicle in October all got Fired!!!! wow wonder why. He kept lying to my son about everything given us both the run around. Ryan never had time to hold a decent conversation with me about it all I kept asking can I talk with you and explain how the drainage plug got stripped on my vehicle by you'll the only thing he kept saying he had zoom conference calls to be on. I honestly wish I never pulled my vehicle in for a oil change back in October of 2025.. be at your own risk. *Note* I didnt want to rate at all!!!!
