Two days after having an oil change at this facility, my car stopped on the highway on Christmas Eve when even getting a tow truck is not obvious. Managed to tow it to Toyota and their report states word to words “the oil change was not properly done - the service plug for the oil filter was loose, and leaking oil, causing the motor to starve of oil.” Now I need a new Engine estimated at $7,126.95 When I called the Jiffy lube manager, he barely gave me the time to express myself. Showed no compassion at all about what I was going through during this season when even finding a rental car is hard. Instead he kept on talking and talking and talking stating it was not their responsibility. He added I had no proof it was their fault. This was heartbreaking and inhumane. He promised to call me back and never did. I wished no one ever has to go through this because it is nothing but very traumatizing when you are not even given a chance to express yourself. He kept using as excuse the fact that they used a different part as per my request, which was not totally true because I did ask if they could do it. They are the professionals. He accepted to use that part, told me everything was fine, now blaming the part which was brand new. Please show that you care about your customers it is very important. Learn to take responsibility. I WILL NEVER EVER GO to this location.

Not true. They have always put the car on the lift. When I left after the oil change the check oil light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back. As I watched, the oil level was about 2.5 quarts short. Don’t trust that Jiffy Lube crew on Market Street Greensboro.
