However, I must share a remarkable experience I had this past December. I brought my own battery, engine air filter, and cabin air filter for them to install. They performed the service professionally and efficiently. When the job was done and I asked for the cost, they told me I didn’t owe them anything. I know I am a month late in writing this, but I couldn't let such an unparalleled gesture go unnoticed. I have been telling all my friends and family about it, and honestly, nobody believes me! I gave a previous unfavorable review concerning an oil change and the amount of oil that was put in my car I w told that I had the wrong dipstick in the car and I didn’t believe it because ywas not caught during a previous oil change at Bessemer tire( now I have concerns with them) I bought a new dipstick and discovered that grease monkey was correct in their diagnosis and I just didn’t believe them I offer a sincere apology for my bad review without actually checking the validity of the diagnosis.
