    This is t follow up review and an apology of sorts. I gave a previous unfavorable review concerning an oil change and the amount of oil that was put in my car I w told that I had the wrong dipstick in the car and I didn’t believe it because ywas not caught during a previous oil change at Bessemer tire( now I have concerns with them) I bought a new dipstick and discovered that grease monkey was correct in their diagnosis and I just didn’t believe them I offer a sincere apology for my bad review without actually checking the validity of the diagnosis.

    I have had my car serviced here numerous times over last several years. They have been professional, honest, nice and completely transparent about any needed repairs and the associated costs. They have never done anything extra or done anything without telling me about it. Trying to sell you an air filter if you need one isn't exactly a full court press sales tactic. I especially like this shop because they do not talk to me like I'm an idiot because I'm female. Consistently excellent service.

    Wow. Steven and Kimberly were incredible, honest people that genuinely cared about my concerns and flurry of questions and comments that I had about my vehicle. My headspace has not been the best about the issues I’ve been having and the fact that Steven was able to clear it up for me, be honest with what exactly was going on and instructed me on what I should always do moving forward literally has me not wanting to go nowhere else besides here. The biggest props to those two for their amazing jobs today and I cannot stress that enough. The entire crew deserves nothing but the best and I will always be coming here from here on out!
