  The goodyear on college road greensboro surpasses my expectations. Every time I have had my vehicles serviced at this location I have left completely satisfied. I have been a customer for 15+ years. I feel like they treat me as their mother aunt or sister when it comes to talking to me about car repairs and maintenance. My passed vehicle and present one are older models and they have maintained them with excellent service. I have and will continue to recommend this location to family and friends for any car repairs/services they need.

  Two stars for now. Investigating this shop. Supposedly a relative as taken the car there and was charged way beyond a normal labor for spark plug replacement and list of other discrepancies.

  Their service has really gone downhill. About a month ago, I went to Tire & Mavis and was told my brakes and tires were in good condition. I’ve also been to Goodyear multiple times, and they rotated my tires without ever mentioning a dent in my rim. When I went back today, they added to the report that my car needs new tires and marked that I “refused” the service—yet no one ever discussed changing tires with me. They also listed several other items as needing repairs and marked them as declined, but the technician never explained any of this to me. There was no clear communication at all. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism is very disappointing. I no longer feel confident trusting their service.

  Christian was an amazing help. He is extremely kind and doesn’t talk down to me. He took the time to explain to what I needed and why and even explain why it costed what it did. I hope he’s doing well. He really had a great future ahead at Goodyear

  Chris Price assisted me with replacing a gas cap today at the College Rd location. He did an excellent job, was courteous and very customer service friendly. He also assisted my niece with 2 tire replacements and was very kind and patient to explain the process to us. He educated us on their business procedures and took the time to listen to what her issues were with no rush. I would recommend this location to others and would return again for future auto service needs. Thank you Chris for your great customer service and patience in addressing our needs!
