  I have a Toyota Prius and at first I took my car to Rice Toyota to see if they could pop my passenger side mirror back into place. They told me it would be 170 for labor plus 50 for the part. I knew it was a simple fix. I needed an oil change anyway so I took my car to Goodyear. The changed my oil, aligned my tires, and fixed my mirror. They even fixed my mirror at no cost too! I know there’s a new manager working here and I can see the difference with their service in a good way. Thanks again for fixing my side mirror!

  I went here yesterday to get a state inspection quickly on my lunch break from work. I assumed this would be quick since I made an appointment and inspections shouldn't take more than 10-20 minutes. I arrived at 12:15, around 1:10 I was told that during the course of the inspection they found that my tire tread on my front tires was bad and it would not pass inspection. I just replaced those tires within the last 18 months so that did not make sense to me. The technician told me it would be over $1000 to replace my tires. When I questioned if that was for 2 tires, he then explained that no, I would need to replace all 4 because the tread on the front has to be a certain percentage different than the tread on the back, which I have never heard before. After making a phone call, I asked for him to just give me my car back and that there must be something wrong with my car, so I would be taking it back to the people who put the tires on because this shouldn't happen. 30 minutes later I finally received my car back. Today I took my car back to the place I got my tires at, told them the situation, had them check my alignment, tires, do my inspection, etc. NOTHING is wrong with my tires or my alignment. Inspection was passed with no issues. I am so tired of mechanics who think that a girl in a dress won't question them or push back on their scamming upsell tricks. I will never do business here and I recommend that no one else go here either. To make matters worse, it appeared the District or Regional Manager was visiting this facility while I was there also. Absolutely appalling that this behavior is allowed.

  I should've read the reviews before coming here but I was in a hurry for work so I just quickly stopped by here since it's a tire shop that changes out tires by removing and tightening lug nuts on a daily basis. I noticed my lug nut went missing because the last shop I went to didn't tighten the lug nuts to the correct torque (he was an older gentleman located in Winston) so I was initially worried but left in good faith. Few days later, I noticed one lug nut went missing so I purchased a lug nut from Auto zone and brought my vehicle to Goodyear Auto but the manager who works at the tire shop was afraid to tighten my lug nuts. So in disbelief, I just took it down to my original tire shop I go to "Tire discounters" and although they were extremely busy, they got me in and out quickly. I live near bur mil area so I initially came to Goodyear Auto since they were close but lesson learned, never again.

  went in to get my air fixed and found out that alot more was going on with my vehicle.. the helped me understand and gave me several options for repair..
