  We just purchased a Volkswagen Atlas from Christian and the experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, Christian was super friendly, professional, easy to work with and a man of his word! He made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and there was never a moment where we felt pressured or uneasy. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and kind, which really added to the overall experience. I Highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a new vehicle.

  I highly recommend coming here. I brought my car in for some serious engine work and while its pricey, you get what you’re paying for. i enjoyed my experience here with Felix and Myra, and they were so kind and helpful and explained everything to me so that it made sense . I also want to shout out the shuttle driver, because he was super cool and I didnt get his name but I really enjoyed my shuttle ride. they make you feel like family. My car is in super good shape again thanks to them. :)

  I took my vehicle to 2 different auto parts stores to conduct an OBD2 engine scan in order to determine the problem I was having with a misfire. After taking the vehicle to 2 different auto parts stores all of whom do free code scans on OBD2 engines, the scans came back with the same error code from both stores. Both scans read misfire on cylinder 5. So, either the spark plug in cylinder 5 is bad, OR the coil pack that connects to the spark plug in cylinder 5 is bad. Well, I thought it was a good idea to take the vehicle to the professionals at Eurobahn for the repair. Long story short, after paying them over $1,000 when I received the car back, it had the same misfires on the way home that it had on the way there. I had it scanned again at a parts store and the same error was shown - misfire on cylinder 5. After reasoning with myself and other professional mechanic friends, I just decided to do the repair myself, with physical help. The bottom line is, they claimed to do the work, they charged me as if they did the work, and I'm not convinced they lifted one finger. I'm not saying they do that every time with every customer, but I did the repair myself and parts were just over $100. It has ran great ever since. I will not ever be returning to this institution, even if other customers have great experiences. I'm happy for them. I'm also a disabled prior service veteran. Otherwise, I would have done the simple repair myself the first time. I hope that they enjoy the free $1000 I gifted them for resolving zero of my level 1 problem. And for the record, teenagers can change spark plugs. 💩

  A Truly Refreshing Automotive Experience I’ve had my fair share of dealership experiences over the years, but Eurobahn in Greensboro, NC, stands out as something truly different.. in the best possible way. From start to finish, the entire process felt grounded, stress-free, and surprisingly enjoyable. My salesperson, Daca, was absolutely amazing—down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, with zero pressure or gimmicks. Even the General Manager stopped by just to say hey, which speaks volumes about the team culture here. I’ve already been bringing my Mercedes here for service—Dustin and the service crew have always treated me right. Now having gone through sales and finance as well, I can confidently say this team is solid across the board. Jared in finance was great to work with—straightforward, honest, and respectful of my time. This is the first time I’ve had such an authentic, positive experience at a dealership that I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Eurobahn has earned my trust, and that’s not something I give lightly.
