  Can’t remember the guy who worked with me. He was the initial guy who took my reservation, he was awesome. Very kind, helpful and respectful. When I came to pick up the car my guy was busy and another guy, I think a manager helped and he was kind and very helpful as well. When I returned the car my guy was there and he was was very kind again. I will not rent from other agencies again. The experience here at your enterprise was so good. It matters when you are traveling and the guys helping you rent are kind, that eases the anxiety of travel, at least from the initial picking up the car and all the work that goes into that. Thanks for your kindness, it really matters

  I had an exceptional experience at your Cornwallis Drive location during my recent insurance rental in December 2025. Prior to arriving at the Cornwallis Drive location, I had a very poor experience at another Enterprise location at 2605 Battleground Avenue. The moment I transferred my rental to the Cornwallis Drive team, the level of service shifted dramatically. Rickey, the Branch Manager, and Kory, the Assistant Branch Manager, were absolute professionals.   In a high-demand environment where branches often face vehicle shortages or system issues, Rickey and Kory were "knowledgeable" and "accommodating". They excelled at managing logistics to ensure customers are not left stranded. Their "stellar" attitude and efficiency turned a frustrating situation into a seamless, wonderful experience. It is rare to encounter such a high level of dedication to customer satisfaction, and both Rickey and Kory are true assets to the Enterprise RAC brand.

  Most likely this location is short-staffed and that's why my experience has led me to go elsewhere next time. I made a 12pm reservation online. I arrived at 12:30 and my car was not ready. The counter agent went out back and cleaned the car himself. I do appreciate the effort. At 1 o'clock the car was finally ready. A full hour after my reservation time. No explanation, no apology...the guy would hardly look me in the eye. I really appreciate the effort, but I rent a car for a certain time because I need a car for that time. I'm not buying a pizza, I'm renting a car because I actually need that car so I can get things done. Wasted my time and made me late and offered nothing in return. That's the opposite of customer service.
