I arrived at 12:30 and my car was not ready. The counter agent went out back and cleaned the car himself. I do appreciate the effort. At 1 o'clock the car was finally ready. A full hour after my reservation time. No explanation, no apology...the guy would hardly look me in the eye. I really appreciate the effort, but I rent a car for a certain time because I need a car for that time. I'm not buying a pizza, I'm renting a car because I actually need that car so I can get things done. Wasted my time and made me late and offered nothing in return. That's the opposite of customer service.

The staff at that branch was not very helpful or considerate in assisting me with another vehicle. No concern about the bind in was facing with my upcoming trip. The Cornwallis branch in Greensboro was helpful and was able to get a vehicle that we could at least cram into for our trip. They were more courteous and kind in helping with this issue. I have rented with enterprise for years. But this one issue may cause me to rethink my rental provider next time.
