My sister-in-law right to the vehicle from this place. When the car wouldn't even unlock they said they would either send a vehicle or a battery. When we called again they tried to get us to use a key that did not exist hidden in the key fob it's not my fault that's key is gone it's theirs. He kept trying to say the key is there I kept telling him to just come over to my house and show me that. He kept repeating trying to tell me how to open the key fob which was already open in the key was missing. I kept telling him to come get the vehicle and show me how to use it this supposed key that is not here. They just hung up the phone. Bottom line if you have any problems at all with the vehicle Enterprise nor the location will help you.

The agents were very helpful and helping find the best car for the road trip we were taking. So many times customer ate service agents are burned out and apathetic. Our experience at this enterprise was the exact opposite… Customer service was so friendly, engaged, helpful, and truly invested in us having a good experience. I highly recommend Enterprise at 2605 Battleground in Greensboro.

Do not recommend this branch—you’re better off going to the big new branch on Wendover. This branch over charged me claiming I returned the vehicle on a Monday when I had returned it on Saturday. I had even asked how they would know what time I returned my car if no one would be there Saturday and the guy told me they check cameras. The manager then said they don’t check cameras once I was overcharged. I called the Wendover location to confirm this and they said they of course check cameras. Took months to finally get my money back after having to ask multiple times. Unethical.

DO NOT RENT HERE I have been a long-term Enterprise customer and had this rental for over six months. Initially, my experience was excellent. The rental was set up through my insurance after an accident, and all employees were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience took a significant turn for the worse due to ongoing issues and poor communication involving the General Manager, Taylor. My insurance initially covered the rental, and once coverage ended, I continued the rental out of pocket while waiting for my vehicle to be declared totaled. Several months into the rental, I received an early-morning call from Taylor asking whether I planned to return or extend the vehicle. I informed her I would call back later that day to extend and provide payment. When I called back a few hours later, I spoke with another agent who repeatedly confirmed that I was already paid through the following week. For the next three weeks, I consistently made weekly payments under the impression that I was paying for additional time. On the fourth week, I was suddenly told that I was actually past due by one week and two days, meaning my previous payments had been applied retroactively. This was extremely upsetting, as this situation was caused by incorrect information provided by an Enterprise agent. After escalating the issue to Corporate and speaking again with Taylor, I was told I was only one week past due (not three). Taylor agreed to remove two days of charges, but I was still charged for two full weeks despite the mistake being on Enterprise’s end. At that point, I continued the rental in good faith because my vehicle had officially been totaled. I purchased a new vehicle on a Saturday and returned the rental after hours the same day. I spoke with Taylor beforehand to let her know I would be returning the car once I left the dealership. The following Monday, I called to ask when I would receive my $300 deposit and whether the weekend charges could be waived, since the vehicle was returned after hours. I was told I would have to wait until Taylor returned from vacation. When I finally spoke with Taylor, the interaction was completely unacceptable. I calmly asked for clarification regarding the charges, as I was billed over $151 for the weekend but only received $126 back from my deposit. Instead of explaining the charges, Taylor became defensive, referenced prior late payments without acknowledging the documented miscommunication, and spoke to me disrespectfully. When I asked for a receipt or breakdown of the charges, she contradicted herself, stating the rental had been closed for over a week, despite the delay in receiving my refund. I clearly stated that I was not calling to argue — only to understand the charges. Her response was, “There’s your clarification,” before disconnecting the call. While many Enterprise employees were helpful early on, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct from management ultimately overshadowed what began as a positive experience. In turn I will NEVER rent again with enterprise. I will be taking this issue up with corporate and the BBB
