  I would give this specific location & every employee in here 10 stars 🌟 if I could I highly recommend their service I had a corolla first then elantra both cars were amazing the customer service from all of them were Top tier and the prices are totally affordable for anyone I was in need of a vehicle while my personal car was being worked on they literally saved my life it means alot to me and I cannot thank them enough I will always keep my business here with them strictly they take care of you and everyone knows what they are doing which makes the process simple Amir, Mr. T, Kayla and a few others I dont remember all the names but every person I worked with were simply amazing ❤️ thank you all very much for your A+ customer service and I will return in time of need

  The enterprise staff at the battleground location is always top-tier service. They always give me exactly what I need and I am in and out quickly. The staff is the main reason why I will always return to this enterprise location. They are the best.

  I recently rented a Grand Wagoneer from Enterprise, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The vehicle itself was impressive—luxurious, powerful, and incredibly comfortable. The interior felt premium, with spacious seating, high-quality materials, and advanced technology that made both short trips and long drives enjoyable. The ride was smooth and quiet, handling the road with confidence and ease. There was plenty of room for passengers and luggage, making it perfect for family travel or business use. Features like the large touchscreen, excellent sound system, and driver-assist options really set it apart from typical rental vehicles. Enterprise made the experience even better with a quick, professional pickup and return process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. If you’re looking to rent something that feels upscale and dependable, I highly recommend the Grand Wagoneer from Enterprise on Battleground Avenue, Greensboro NC. I would absolutely choose it again.

  I've rented cars several times from the Battleground location and have received excellent service each time from everyone I've encountered. I would especially like to thank Amier and Kayla for their teamwork and professionalism with my rental experience. Great job to both of them.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called right at 8:00 a.m. when you opened and was placed on hold for a total of 45 minutes. For the first 23 minutes, music played while someone repeatedly picked up the phone and placed me back on hold without ever greeting me or saying a single word. No acknowledgment, no explanation—nothing. When someone finally came on the line, I was told they were going to “take me off hold and mute me,” which resulted in another 22 minutes of complete silence. It wasn’t until I verbally commented to my niece about being kept on hold—hoping I would hang up—that someone suddenly jumped back on the line. All of this was just to ask whether you had a minivan in stock. I was told there might be one, placed on hold again, and then told it wasn’t available anyway—with the suggestion that I call back after 4:00 p.m. So you expect me to call again and sit on hold for another 45 minutes? This level of customer service is unacceptable. There is no way a business opens at 8:00 a.m. and immediately has call volumes so high that staff cannot even say “hello.” The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was shocking. Do better.
