The Ford Expedition that we rented was clean and didn’t have any artificial fragrance, which is very important to us since we both have allergies to artificial fragrances. Booking through Costco was intuitive & easy. Overall, the team made our experience very pleasant. I would highly suggest this specific location, as I have had the best experience with Enterprise at this location on this particular occasion. Thanks :-) (I looked at a car at the PTI Airport Enterprise office and it smelled like Febreze, which made it a non-option for me immediately.)

I then called corporate per requested and they said this branch canceled my reservation, without asking or telling me. They said they would deal with it. I waited five hours and then called back, sounded like corporate never talked to this branch, I no longer have a reservation and if I did there is still no car. I was supposed to have a car two days ago so at this point it’s been beyond burdensome. I am going to rent at Toyota on the same road instead
