  My experience with this Enterprise location has been great every time. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Courtney checked me out during my most recent visit and she was excellent—quick, attentive, and made sure I got the car I needed with no hassle. The drop-off process was smooth and easy as well. Overall, consistently great service. Highly recommend!

  Upon pickup, I showed the representative on the Wendover Greensboro site a long scratch on the car when doing a walk around tour to see any pre-existing damages. She had acknowledged this and showed me a diagram on her tablet where the damage on the car was on red. After dropping off the car at the Dulles Airport location, the male African American representative pointed out the pre-existing scratch to which I advised him again that this was present before signing a rental agreement and that the representative had fully knowledge and acknowledgment of the damage. This was still reported via email as me being liable for this for enterprise recovery damage. I am absolutely disgusted on the level of service and company knowledge tying to blame me for a damage that they already had information about.

  This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to renting a car. Enterprise on Wendover Ave has got it going on. Great job to the entire team there, everyone is friendly, they greet you with a smile, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Zach truly went above and beyond helping me get into my preferred vehicle, and Nicole made the check in/check out process super easy. She thoroughly explained everything I had a question about. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

  I had a reservation for a month and a half on the books with my points. I rented this location often for work. I came in Wednesday to check with the manager to make sure they were going to have what I needed for Thursday lo and behold I arrived here. They didn’t know if they had anything, once they figured out that they didn’t. They were gonna go pick it up and then I needed some features that I had talked to the manager about on Wednesday. Nobody knew anything nobody could confirm anything and the moral of the story is they couldn’t get what I needed and now I’m stuck. Wasted drive to the place, now a wasted ride back to the house to figure out where to get what I need. No body cares, no body even apologized, no ride back to my house was even offered. I won’t rent here again. Reservations are meaningless and they honor nothing.

  People are friendly enough but I guess policies have changed. Last two times didn't have the rental I reserved but they did work with me. Also both times rented on line with an included after hours drop off in the price. This time however they charged me for a full day, AFTER THE FACT IN ADDITION TO the online rental WITH the after hours drop off. I could have gotten a better rate with a company that is open after 1pm on Sunday. Will be going elsewhere in the future. Just be aware they apparently don't honor pricing that says it includes the after hours drop off if you actually drop off after hours. Just to note my scheduled drop off was 4pm and I made it at 5:15 because of traffic. I wouldn't mind a pro rated or even up to a half day but not a whole day especially when it was included in the quote. Pretty perturbed that the answer given was just because it was an after hours.
