Customer service at the counter told me something then told my wife something completely different when I was not there. Then told my wife that they wouldn’t hold our car after we said we would drive back in about an hour.

I had to wait an hour to pick up keys for an existing reservation, and had to leave without a car to make a previously scheduled meeting. When I came back the next day to pick up the car after calling and explaining the situation, I still had a long wait to pick up a car. Made the trip a lot less enjoyable waiting in the airport for a car I’d already reserved ahead of time.
