  Its really hard to put into words the joy in my kids eyes when they found out that we were able to go on vacation. We planned a last minute trip an was able to get a rental from the airport. The young lady at the desk worked her magic an got us the vehicle that was right for the family. Hugh thanks to chantell. Ur the reason we stop using the other enterprise offices. Thanks for all you did for the family.

  I have successfully rented from this location 4 times in 2025. In 2026, I have attempted to rent twice and both times have been terrible. First time, the employee said they were ferrying cars from an offsite lot and it would take 30-45 mins. This is PTI not JFK, real estate in the parking lot isn’t a hot commodity. They should’ve anticipated reservations and moved cars prior to arrival…. That is why they ask for flight # and airline, right? Second time, they said they point blank they didn’t have cars and it would be an 1.5hr wait. It’s 10pm on a Tuesday… this isn’t a popular time to drop off cars. Are we expected to wait an indeterminate amount of time for existed reservations to drop off their cars? There is no forethought by management at this location. I should’ve learned my lesson after the first issue, but decided to give it a second chance. I don’t know if management changed in 2026 but I have no faith they will improve going forward. DO NOT BOOK at Enterprise PTI.

  This is THE WORST ENTERPRISE EVER. It starts all the way back from last year, $30 to the airport just to be told I HAVE to pay for my rental with a CREDIT CARD if you don’t have a flight with them. Okay cool, $30 back to my house, $30 back to this hell hole. For them to TURN ME DOWN AGAIN, saying there’s something else that they need that no one even said the FIRST TIME. $30 uber back home, $30 back to to Enterprise. They finally give me the car… after my trip the manager Deija gives me a “1 day free ride coupon code” supposedly good for a whole year. Well magically the code doesn’t work AT ALL. I’ve called this establishment today, 18 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, START ALL OVER AGAIN. Long story short is EMPLOYEES WILL TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT, COST YOU MORE MONEY AT THE END, WITH NO REPERCUSSIONS, AND NO REMORSE. And don’t reply back with that BS CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL.. GIVE ME A CORPORATE or MANAGEMENT PHONE NUMBER.

  No rental cars available despite having a reservation. After waiting one hour and asking again we were again told there is still roughly 1.5hr more. If you have an option to rent with any other company at GSO, do so. A reservation at enterprise means nothing, it takes complete systematic failure for so many people to be stuck waiting with no cars available. We switched to a last minute rental at another company and will never book enterprise again except when required by company policy.

  40 people in line waiting for cars. Don’t take reservations if you don’t have the vehicles.
