    I had the worst experience with customer service at this rental place. I placed a reservation since Tuesday, 10/21 to get a car for Wednesday 10/22. When I called on Wednesday to go pick up the car, I was told that there were no cars available at all. I did not even get notified as I had to call to find that out. Then I asked to make sure I had a car on Thursday evening to get a car. I also called on Thursday on my way there to confirm there is a car available. When o got there, they had a car for me (Malibu sedan). The car was in decent condition outside, but the inside was so nasty and dirty; there were deep stains all the seats with dog hair on top of that. I let the agent know so he offered to spray some air fresheners in there. That helped a bit, but the seats were very stained and dirty. I had no choice, so I took the car, but I am not satisfied with the selection at all as it was the only vehicle available.

    I called in to make a reservation and be picked up. After having the reservation verified and the vehicle verified for the location I was left hanging and almost ruined my whole weekend. This location wasn't even checking its notifications about reservations. They didn't have any Vehicles available but made no effort to advise people with reservations of the situation. I was waiting for an hour and a half for pickup with no notification that I was never going to be picked up. If I hadn't have called to complain about not getting picked up I would have never known that my reservation was worthless. The employee said that he was the only one there on a Friday and didn't have time to check notifications. That's even after he said he didn't have any vehicles for the last 3 hours so that meant he wasn't busy processing any Vehicles out he just wasn't looking at notifications. So every notification that came to that location got left hanging after they had confirmed their reservations. As usual he tried to blame everything on how the system is put together as if he's not part of that system. His location received notification of my reservation and request for pickup. He decided it wasn't important to check notifications because he was busy at a location that had no cars to offer. Total disrespect for customers and their time patience and patronage. I absolutely will try somewhere else before I come back. Furthermore don't pay any attention to the response from this company on this complaint. While they said contact them I did and they never returned the email. They're just responding to these comments to make you think that they care about their customers and they're following up with customer service. They absolutely are not.

    This was my third time this year renting from Enterprise. The staff at the Enterprise location on West Gate City Blvd was very professional and friendly. They were prompt in picking me up from my location. They quickly got me checked out and into a nice 2025 Toyota Camry. I was pleased with its performance. That car gets very good gas mileage! I had it for almost 2 weeks with no problems. Thank you, Enterprise!
