When I called on Wednesday to go pick up the car, I was told that there were no cars available at all. I did not even get notified as I had to call to find that out. Then I asked to make sure I had a car on Thursday evening to get a car. I also called on Thursday on my way there to confirm there is a car available. When o got there, they had a car for me (Malibu sedan). The car was in decent condition outside, but the inside was so nasty and dirty; there were deep stains all the seats with dog hair on top of that. I let the agent know so he offered to spray some air fresheners in there. That helped a bit, but the seats were very stained and dirty. I had no choice, so I took the car, but I am not satisfied with the selection at all as it was the only vehicle available.
