After driving every mind of land vehicle possible nearly other than a train or tank and having nearly 3 million miles on the road driving, it's pretty easy for me to get into the mountains and say wait this vehicle is or isn't AWD/4X4 but the idiots here decided to tell me hey we are renting you an 2024 AWD Dodge Durango. Come to find out according to an online VIN search and after taking it over to a Dodge dealer and talking with my uncle who operates 5 dealerships down in Mississippi, it isn't an AWD/4X4 vehicle. Also I got into the mountains and slid down a hill backwards with there "AWD" and my back tires spun free and my front tires weren't spinning at all. Once again clearly NOT "AWD". Will never rent from this place again and will be talking to corporate about how stupid these people are.
