When I arrived, the service writer was all over it and got me right in for a diagnosis. I was in, diagnosed within like 29 min!! Unheard of. I left my vehicle and got a rental for a week. However, by the end of the following day, I received a message saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I not only got faster service than I expected, I saved money by only needing a rental for a day in lieu of a week. My vehicle drives great without issues now and customer service is outstanding. I recommend 100% and will definitely go back if I am needing service in the future!!

Dropped the truck off on a Tuesday, and it was ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. The interior was clean, and it hardly looked like anyone even touched the truck, but it runs perfectly now. Cannot thank everyone at Cottman Transmission enough, and I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're having any transmission issues, these are your guys!
